I am so happy I found this place awhile ago. They not only do an amazing job, but they are very professional and welcoming. When they are running behind they make sure to keep you updated with how long it will be, unlike some places that just let you sit and wait for 30 minutes with no update. Was Looking for local nail salons and stumbled across this one on google. very nice nail salon, I had my baby with me in a stroller and they were so nice, made room for her to be near me the whole time. towards the end my baby began to get very cranky but nail tech kept right going. only problem is went in to get a break taken care of, 1 day later nail broke in same spot.

Pricey for a natural gel manicure ($40) but they did really good. Unfortunately for my pedicure the woman made me bleed twice so it was a really unpleasant and painful experience. Not sure if I would return due to that.

I have been here many times and have never had any complaints. They do a great job.

Pedicure service was okay. Had a nice lady. Wouldn’t suggest getting your eyebrows done. Now that was a hack job!

The nail technician that did my nails, work on my hands like I was a bother to his day. The way he picked up my hands and roughly moved my fingers said enough for me. At the end when I checked out, the girl at the front desk looked at my nails, then said something in her language to my nail technician and they both laughed. I asked what was so funny and she just said $35. I really didnt want to give a tip because I felt like he had absolutely no respect for me and I wasnt a valuable customer. When I left, I realized I had glue under my nail and on my skin...he really didnt care and I will never go back to this place. I do not recommend it. You can get better services somewhere else in a cleaner and more welcoming environment.

What a nice salon with an incredibly relaxing atmosphere! Technicians are very nice and the pricing is fantastic. For the quality you offer, I feel your gel manicure is relatively inexpensive. Its very easy to spot that nail art is your specialty and I am glad that you executed my design really well. Your color selection is also delightful; I just had to mention that. Polished nail bar is a very neat nail shop. I went in with a friend and we got our nails done. The shop looked like new, extremely clean and it had sweet modern look. The entire employees were courteous and friendly. They started on us within 3 minutes and they did a wonderful job. Compared to other salons weve visited, the place is great overall.

I went here to get my nails done. The staff here is super friendly as soon as I sat down they offered me a drink. Vivian was the tech who did my nails and she did an amazing job! I asked for a specific style and she nailed it! I will definitely come back!

I will give these guys more than five stars if I could. Ive been going to this bar for about 2 months now and they rule. The technicians get my sense of style and always work hard to deliver the most exquisite nail designs. They take pride in the job they do. They never let you leave unless you are 110% satisfied. Other than their competence, all of the girls are amazing people, I have a great relationship with them all. They all give off a positive energy, I cant help but love this salon.

Awesome spot - I went here in to get a quick manicure done before traveling. They managed to accommodate me within the hour which was nice. My technician was very efficient, she was done in about 45 minutes. Manicure was meticulously done and it looks fantastic. The staff were nice and I was pampered like an only customer. I will be a regular here and if youre reading this, I think you should consider visiting them too.

I am 100% satisfied with the quality of the services offered at polished nail bar. Your fees are fair and totally worth it considering the level of professionalism and attention to the slightest detail. Booking my appointment was super easy and I am happy your 4pm meant 4pm; not please come in and wait for another couple of minutes while we rush to finish with someone else. You can easily feel the fun and positive vibe between the staff. This comes closest to my definition of a perfect salon. :-)

This is without doubt my favorite manicure/pedicure place in the whole of LA. Nancy did my gel manicure for a birthday party, and she did an A+++ job, making sure the gel was even and smooth, and the nails were perfectly shaped too. Its been almost three weeks and my manicure is still intact, no peel offs. I will be going in for a touch up filing and I trust Nancy or any of the girls to do a great job on that too. I highly recommend this salon and the workers in there; they are all incredibly nice and cheerful. Again, theyre the best!

I havent tried just walking in. I always make an appointment. They never keep me waiting. My gel pedicures always last a long time. I really like that they have a points system although Im not sure how it works. Vivian gives a pretty good foot massage.

After moving from the East Coast, I found it necessary to find an amazing place to get my eyebrows done. The ladies at Nevas beauty were extremely nice, accommodating, and professional. It was my first experience with Sugaring and I was pleased with how well they came out. I would highly recommend.

Went to polished nail bar in dtla for a mani and pedi this morning and when I got home I realized my pedicure is completely uneven and lumpy.

I started getting regular waxes here and everything has been great. All the staff especially Nancy have been incredibly helpful to me as someone totally new to waxing. They helped me figure out what was best for my skin type. They are always quick and efficient; you never feel bad when you settle the bill because you know they deserve even more. Would highly recommend this phenomenal beauty spot.

Thanks for doing a fantastic job on my nails. I needed a fresh coat of pink and they duly delivered. I was very particular about my request and the technician shaped and sculpted my nails to perfection. She took pride in every tiny detail and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. Warm and relaxing environment with very courteous and knowledgeable staff. I just have to show them a picture of what my wife likes and make an appointment for her . It doesnt matter how technical the design appear to us, they always match my pictures and sometimes even add a little more to it for that elegant look. So in love with their work. Spoke too soon. My nails have chipped already and several of my daughters nails had the polish just peel completely away. Seems like he didnt go all the way to the nail tip so they just chipped away. $60 is a lot of money for a 24 hour shine. Kind of shocked based on the reviews of long lasting manicures. It was nice while it lasted, but it should have lasted.

I am a very happy customer of Nancy and I will never go elsewhere to have my nails done. The friendly disposition of everyone here puts you at ease the moment you get in. I got my manicure and pedicure done here a few days ago and it turned out great. The girls are wonderful and the work they do is topnotch. The salon is clean, bright and cozy. I am safety conscious so it’s nice that they have a huge collection polish without formaldehyde and lead. Ive been here a few times to get my eyebrows cleaned up, nails done, and facial hair waxed off. Their chairs are extra nice the owner and employees have got an impeccable work ethic. My most recent manicure had a shiny metallic look and I couldnt stop grinning whenever I looked at them. The technician took her time to take off the dead skin around my cuticles. They offer deluxe services at regular fees and the salon is very accessible. I simply wouldnt go anywhere else.

I love how attentive and kind the team was towards me while handling me. My technician Susan was such an amazing and informative spirit. And very health conscious when it came to the before and after care of the nails and nail beds. She was so thorough and careful when doing my application. She did just enough to make me pop. Ive been coming here for months, and I feel that they couldnt be any better than theyre already. The aestheticians are thorough and make the waxing process as painless and comfortable as possible. The location is convenient and they accept same-day appointments. Time is precious and they are usually done with me in less than an hour. Waxing is hardly a fun activity but I wouldnt go anywhere else to get it done.

This was my first visit here and I came in for a pedicure. The atmosphere was relaxing with very comfortable chairs and soft music. My foot massage was so gentle I could’ve stayed all day. This was my first time at Polished Nail Bar. They offer lots of lovely colors to select from and their gel brands are healthy too. My red chrome manicure is gorgeous and it reflects the close attention to detail my the technicians paid while getting them done. I love to go crazy and let my imaginations run wild, but you need the right nail salon and the right supplies to do any of that, these guys tick all of those boxes for me and I consider myself lucky to have found them.

They did an absolutely fabulous job on my nails. The shape and natural looking extensions were perfect. However, the aggressive filing left me with two painful cuts on two fingers. I will need to wear bandaids on both which feels like it defeats the purpose of having your nails done :/

I went here for a fill and although Kim is very sweet that does get you a good fill in. It was horrible. It began to lift after 4 days and some nails were missing the acrylic around the sides. Its cheap but you get what you pay for I guess. I cant afford to go back there because I would probably end up with green nails due to her not applying acrylic properly. They do have a lot of colours though and the place is clean but the skill is not there.

I was greeted warmly and treated like a queen from the moment I entered till the time I left. I saw them closing and was waiting outside looking dejected. One of the ladies noticed and insisted on doing my manicure before locking up. You don’t see that everyday so I’m grateful. I used to think this place was the bees knees for nails. Not so much anymore. Let me walk you why I am only giving a 1 vs.the 5 stars I would have a year ago:I used to come here and get treated quite well. The workers were all friendly and did excellent service. Now its really hit or miss. Right now I have one hand with all the gel on it, and the other with it all flaked off. Not sure why or how that happened, but bummed, obviously. Its only been a week.The women do talk in Vietnamese, and its hard not to think its about you when they are doing your ratty cuticles. Perhaps Im too self-centered, and its about their mother in laws instead. But its not comfortable.The prices have gone up by 20% in the last year, which is fine if it warrants the increase. Im not so sure about that.

Ive been searching for a reliable place in the neighborhood and I am so glad to have found polished nail bar. They did great on my regular manicure/pedicure. My nails were shaped just as I like them and the tech took her time to carefully clean up my cuticles. I highly recommend them.

I still can’t make out the reason behind the mixed reviews. I mean, these guys are fabulous. The atmosphere here is welcoming and the team has got every code unlocked regarding customer care and customer satisfaction. I try to put a call through before visiting and the staff are always happy to tell me when to come in and avoid a wait since they’ve got tons of customers. I recommend you visit them even if just once and witness excellence firsthand.

Kinda really disappointment after reading all the great reviews. Asked to just have my nails filed and theyre now too short. I understand that my nails were different length to begin with due to nails breaking but probably would have been a good idea to ask how short Id want my nails to be. However, now theres some nails past my finger tip and a few where it looks like I bite my nails. As well, it was painted pretty far from my cuticles so now it looks like I got my gel manicure a week or two ago.

I walked in and immediately loved the atmosphere. It’s been almost two years since I waxed and felt tensed taking what I considered a drastic step. The aesthetician was friendly, courteous and promised that it was going be a smooth ride. She used a combination of soft and hard wax and was thorough the entire time. There wasn’t any significant discomfort and, in the end, there wasn’t a single strand of hair left. It was professional job delivered by a real expert. Thanks, and I recommend.

The gel manicure didnt get too close to my cuticles, it wasnt too thick and was perfectly shaped. I had a great experience with Nancy and the girls. I had some gorgeous shellac manicure done a week ago and they still look like new today. I got a free bottle of cuticle massage cream which I’ve been using daily. It felt great to have true professionals focus on me like I was the only client. If you are seeking a huge step-up from your typical crowded, noisy and sometimes dirty salon, then visiting this place will be worth the while. I will be back……with friends!

I got my nails done last weekend at Polished nail bar. I was in and out in less than 90 minutes. Lightning quick service! It was my first visit to the salon and my first gel manis in a long long time. Quite easy to see that all the technicians are well trained and efficient. The quality they offer is fantastic for the price. I think Ive just found me a new favorite spot.

I booked my appointment for a shellac manicure while on a road trip, the lady at the front desk was nice and she scheduled me for the next morning.I was inspired by the very nice and clean location but frankly my manicure was not up to par. Im very familiar with CND products, as I get my nails done once a month so I was really disappointed when the polish started to chip only a few days later, this place is not cheap and since I know the products are good I was expecting it to last up to 3 weeks as usual. I had to remove the polish only a week and a half later cause it was starting to peel off and would get stuck to my hair every time I touched them. Overall my experience was not worth the price and would not recommend it.

Recently, I broke a nail and needed a repair really fast since it was pretty bad and quite painful. I searched Yelp for a nail salon close to where I stay and found this wonderful place, their rating is great and customers have said very nice things about them so I gave them a try. The staff are absolutely amazing. Super helpful and more than competent. They didnt only fix my nail but also gave me the best mani Ive had in a long time. They listened keenly to what I wanted and gave me a helpful advice. Never thought Id leave a feedback for a salon or any business at all but here I am. I must say Im quite surprised with the negative entries here because these girls were nothing short of exceptional and they deserve all the compliments they can get. Keep going strong.

This Nail Salon is great ! Got greeted by I think the owner, she brought so many colors to choose from and appointed me a chair and the technician that would do my pedicure and gel manicure. I searched the internet for a quality place to get my manicure done and decided to try this salon. I guess the heavens led me here because they were hands down the nicest nail artists I’ve ever been to. While Nancy made my nails, she told me quite a lot about nails that I’ve never heard of. She and the other girls have great passion for what they do and it shows. I was treated gently and felt comfortable the whole time. The price range is more or less the same as other places I’ve been to. I was looking for quality, safety, and style; thank goodness I found all of that and more in one place.

The main lady who greets you and settles you in does not know what she is doing. The staff was not communicating with each other and with us the clients. I would ask simple questions and get two different answers constantly.They really need to learn how to run a nail salon and communicate better. They also told me I could not get a pedicure but has 3 pedicure stations open. They have absolutely no customer service skills and charge a hefty price. I would not recommend this place.

I went Polished Nail Bar in DTLA for a fill and although Kim is very sweet that does get you a good fill in. It was horrible. It began to lift after 4 days and some nails were missing the acrylic around the sides. Its cheap but you get what you pay for I guess. I cant afford to go back there because I would probably end up with green nails due to her not applying acrylic properly. They do have a lot of colours though and the place is very messy and the skill is not there.

I got my nails and brows done here. The nail design was very modern and neatly done. Oh my brows, well that was just awesome. No one has ever managed to get such perfect shape. I fell in love with this place. Highly recommended

Ive been going to polished nail bar for the past several months. Its taking quite a while to find the perfect spot in LA since moving here and thats mostly because I am extremely picky with my nails. My first gel manicure here lasted almost a month without requiring any lifting. I only needed to get them done again because my nails had grown out so much. In addition, my nails are now stronger because PNB pays great attention to your nail health. I highly appreciate this business.

My waxer was great and very nice to me. I was doing a Brazilian for the very first time and made sure I was comfortable. Her colleagues were equally professional and friendly. Their shop is clean and they take their business seriously. I am grateful that this place exists.

Every time I visit I ask the technicians to surprise me and I must say Im always blown away by their creativity. Its always neat and unique. I am very pleased with the services Ive received over the years and will always use them.
