I scheduled them on a Friday for a Monday morning pickup. Sunday evening comes around and I haven’t received a reminder or anything, so I took it upon myself to call them to verify my appointment. After about ten minutes of waiting to talk to someone, I was assured that my ride would pick me up, as scheduled. Later that night, I went to bed, woke up to use the restroom around 1am, and noticed they had emailed me to CANCEL! They were supposed to pick me up at 3am! I missed my flight, because of this.

The absolute worst. I tried them twice (ride to and from the airport). Both times were cancelled with different alleged excuses. We almost missed our flight because we had to arrange for alternative transportation when 24-7 just didnt show up (or notify us). Then they cancelled the return pickup the day of the pickup while we were in flight causing a massive delay in getting home to arrange an alternative ride. They will charge your credit card but not deliver the service. Please trust me - do NOT use this service.

This service is so unreliable and sucks big time. They overbook and then cancel on you at the last minute. Their was 6 of us and I booked in advance but they canceled 2 hours before our flight and when you call customer service all they say is sorry and it takes forever just to get in contact with customer service. I STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT USING THIS SERVICE!!!!

They canceled at 9:20pm night before 7:20am pick upThere were four of us traveling to LAX- I made this reservation 6 weeksago & confirmed it 3 days ago- Unbelievable! I would NEVER use them again

They are the WORST. Cancelled my shuttle the morning of my international flight. They had no excuse other than short notice.

Service was ok but it’s subcontracted out. The van that picked me up was old and very basic. Not a premium service at all.

My wife and I scheduled a pickup from LAX. Our flight arrived around 11 something at night. After we land, we got a email saying we could not be picked up because it was to late at night. This company shouldnt offer services 24/7. Now its taking forever to get our refund.

They canceled my ride the day of my flight. No one responded to my calls not even a voice mail
