Pleasant experience start to finish!! My initial call to book an airport transfer from LAX to DTLA was received by a very friendly and helpful woman named Tina. Smooth booking!The driver was waiting curb side upon our arrival & greeted us with a text & instructions on where to find him. Safe driver whom delivered us to our hotel. Beautiful New black full size SUV, immaculate and spacious!We were so pleased we booked a return transfer!

These guys are horrible. I used them one time when I was in LA years ago and they keep calling me over and over. Have asked multiple times to be removed from their call list and it doesn’t stop.If you enjoy getting harassing solicitation calls constantly then this is the company for you.

Upon the recommendation of my limo contact in NYC i hired American for a 6 hour tour of LA. The overall experience was exceptional. Beautiful 15 passenger Sprinter Van. Ive been using Crown for many years and I could not recommend them more highly. Their drivers are top notch - polite, nicely dressed and pleasant to be around. Ive known some of the same drivers for years (shout out to SteveS) for trips to Hollywood Bowl and the airport on a regular basis. I even use them to book cars in Boston. They are just so reliable and consistent. I love them!

Reserved roundtrip LAX service as well as a 10 hours for another day. Luis was our driver and was on time every time. Extremely pleasant and accommodating. My wife who hates limos had the time of her life and like myself was completely satisfied with the service, the driver and the great weekend we had in LA. We will be using American Limo whenever we are in the city.

This company deserves NO stars. I hired this limo company for my daughters quince. Worst experience. Driver was unprofessional, rude and bad mouthing the people in the limo. The limo was not equipped with sodas or water as per the contract. I gave the driver cash to purchase the drinks and he barely bought any. The company was uncooperative when I called to complain the Manager did not acknowledge the problem nor did they want to issue partial refund. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

This limousine service actually backed into my mothers parked car. The driver left the scene without leaving any information. When we arrived at our car a mechanic from the company was trying to tow their limousine without leaving any note. A woman named Tina tried to persuade my mother to move her car before the police came claiming they are a reputable company. However, their Cadillac limo was actually a Chrysler and the license plate had expired in 2008. Furthermore, their insurance company they gave to the police for our report to the insurance company does not exist. Hire at your own risk!

The best limo service of all time. Got a party bus deal from these guys $195/3hr, saved a lot of money and it was a spectacular experience. Will use these guys again in the near future.

Pleasant experienceReserved a stretch pink limo for my daughters birthday.They say it holds 21 but it only holds about 17 comfortably.....but other than that everything else was ok...I give them 5 stars

I wish I could give this place no stars. We looked up this company to get a party bus for a sweet 16 party and found an incredibly low rate. We automatically booked it, were sent a confirmation email, and had the credit card charged. Not even 10 minutes later we get a call from Tina who says there was a malfunction with their programming and that we had paid the wrong amount of money. She clearly stated over and over that it was an error on their end yet she refused to honor the amount that they had ALREADY CHARGED US FOR. She was very curt and rude over the phone and never apologized once. She attempted to give us a discount which only brought the price to a number more than every other company offered. This company is extremely unprofessional.

I hired Another limousine service who outsourced to American Limousine. We ordered two limousines. Both cars broke down on the way to the wedding. One was smoking. Some in the car said they saw flames. The driver from American limousine came up to me, the wedding planner, at the event and said they are sending two more cars. I heard one limo was just around the corner from the event. When my assistant asked him what he was doing, he replied he was waiting on a part. He never came back.After the ceremony I was planning on the bridal party leaving in one car and the couple in another. They only sent one long hummer limo. I sent the bridal party off to the wedding reception. No second car ever showed up despite their promise. After waiting and waiting for the second car to arrive, we finally gave up. I had to order an Uber for the couple.Here is the real sting, they are still charging us. After my clients went through a complete disaster, they have the nerve to charge us. Stay far away from this company.

Me n my girls had a blast over prom weekend, Just wanna holla at the driver Mr. Nguyen for hooking it up with an extra, extra hour of limo service because I forgot my atm card & id, so he was nice enough to drive us all the way back so we can get our stuff. 5 Star for the best customer (wooohooo!) and customer service by the driver!

So I booked a 6 hour service 3 hours to the recent Black Sabbath concert at the verizon amphitheater and 3 hours to drive us back home i had the time of my life and really enjoyed this service.The driver also liked heavy metal, so he was a cool guy. Will do the same again when I go to the Iron Maiden concert in San Bernardino.

Booked a 25-30 passenger party bus for a 4 hour cruise around in a local city, company sent me a bus that only fit 15-20 people which left the rest of the party outside not able to ride inside. cancelled the bus because the services they provided was not essential to what we had asked for and still charged us the full total amount. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! they will steal your money from you and customer service is horrible.
