Recently booked through this company. They started by sending an email and I received a call back from them within an hour with the competitive price. Once the booking is completed, they were in regular contact to make sure everything is perfect as planned. On the day the Car arrived before 15 minutes, driver was polite and more professional. On the return driver arrived 15 minutes early and made myself and wife feel very welcome. I even received a call from the LB team after few days to take my feedback and suggestions. We booked a last-minute party bus with Los Angeles Party bus and everything was perfect. After making a reservation online Sam called me to confirm all the details right away. The driver picked us up promptly and was very nice. My sister left her phone in the party bus that night and Harry and the driver were nice enough to call us back and return the phone to us. I rented a party bus in Los Angeles for my daughters birthday party. At the beginning I was very skeptical, but they exceeded my expectations. Everything was so smooth and amazing. For our Halloween party we dressed up as Disney characters and our driver Rudy was the perfect fit for us as well as this service! The bus was exactly as pictured, clean, sound system was perfect (got to play our own music!), and was so much! Ive been using Los Angeles party bus for years and they are by far the best limo service in Los Angeles.They dont have only party buses, they have also limos and sedans. Their drivers are polite, their fleet is really diverse which was a huge advantage during this trip. We were picked up in a nice 24 passenger party bus last week. The driver was on time and in great communication, and I even got an email when the driver had been dispatched so I didnt have to stress about some miscommunication. Harry was extremely helpful in the planning of the event taking the time to suggest how to make it better and going beyond and above when we had to make last minute changes.
