I arrived at 8:30pm which is the last wash. Last wash is at 8:30pm. The woman who works here refused to let me wash even though they dont close until 10pm. Bad business. They dont like customers.

Its ok laundry was empty but few machines are brocken didnt work

Today this is worst laundry mat in Highland Park. I have been coming here for years, unfortunately, just recently all the machines and service are at its worst. More than half the machines are broken. Today there was absolutely no hot water. I had my clothes in two washers and my clothes were left drench in water. I asked for assistance and none was offered. No money back or getting a new wash. Quote of worker “This is not my problem”. I understood, so I proceeded to ask for owner and contact information. Worker repeated “It’s not the owners problem and I don’t have her contact number”. Soon as free that conversation she decided to leave the laundry mat. My clothes are here right now drenched inside the washers as I and my family wait. If you read this, find another laundry mat in HLP, don’t come and waste your money and time.

I will be nice and give this place one star. I have been coming here for several years now. There was a change in ownership which includes the washing machines being broken most of the time. The machines are old and outdated. It is frustrating when the hot water does not work. There is also no number to call in case of an emergency. The attendant is not always available if your machine breaks down. You have to wait until she shows up since there is no number. I will have to look for another laundry mat. I was there a few days ago and a good number of machines were broken.

Horrible place 80% of the washers dont work, the dryers are a gable may heat up or not... never going back

I come here often to wash my clothes. I find the place very clean and the staff is friendly when I ask them for help. The parking could be better but, that is the only complaint I have.

I have been coming to this place with my family for the past 20 years, and besides the usual owner change nothing really has changed drastically enough to not keep going. However today marks the final day that I will be visiting this establishments as the new owner really does not care not only about the equipment that is being used but also about the clientele. Today I left my clothes in the dryer after waiting the random amount of minutes that the machine will sometimes give you if youre using more than once. For example, if you load up to machines it could be entirely possible that one of them will be finished five minutes ahead than the other without any sort of explanation given. If you attempt to talk to the new owner, who will be idly by sweeping or just watching the television, he will indicate that there is nothing he can do about it and that it is just the machine. Today I left my four different clothes drying for 30 minutes when I came back I saw that somebody had opened one of them and not even attempted to push the start button again and as a result I now have to air-dry the rest of my clothes outside of my home. When I asked the manager about the situation, he replied that he had not seen anything and he kept on doing his sweeping thing. If you want to wash your clothes I highly recommend going anywhere else but this. Take it from a Highland Park native for more than 25 years this establishment has really gone down the drain and if you dont believe me just go ahead and browse through all the machines which happen to have blue tape marked over the coin slot so that you dont waste your money because half of them dont work. I really do hope that the owner is reading these were abused because in the long run if he keeps going on the way that he does there isnt going to be much of a laundry place on this side of Figueroa for long.

Worst laundry mat ever. No machines work. The gun can care less. Its dirty water on the floor . Never going back .this place should close down and redo everything

I have been use this laundry spot for about four months. Usually I went at night The place is clean, cleaning lady was helpful and nice.

I been coming here for 20 years, today March the 8th of 2016 I came here to wash my clothes like Every Tue and found out the Asian guy is not there anymore, instead some hispanic lady that answered really rude to me when I asked her for some change bcuz I had a big bill...I told her the Asian guy always gives me change and she rudely saidWell not anymore! As she walked away!I said Well thats no way to respondWhat Kind of bussines is that?

This place has upgraded a little bit, and now has free Wi-Fi for its costumers..

The hours are incorrect. Only had 2 loads and arrived there at 8:50 instead of 8:30 and was turned away. I showed the worker that the hours are wrong online but they still turned me away. Very rude :( needed clothes for work.
