Half the machines smell really bad and several are broken or have detergent or fabric softener caked inside the dispensers! They need to let the machines air out and do a better job cleaning them! I ended up paying more to do smaller loads. The dryers are free but you have to start them over every 15min.Edit: Sorry I couldn’t take a picture of how nasty the machines smelled. The pic I posted wasn’t the only machine with liquid inside them. I also saw the employee sitting and chatting with a customer while many of these machines needed attending to.

Says it closes at 11pm. But last wash is at 9:30pm and was turned away at 9:40pm.1 single-load wash and dry cycle is like 50 minutes. I pleaded to just do one tiny quick wash. No humanity.

This place is very convenient and affordable however the keeper of this place is a lady very rude, I had 3 problems with her already. The first time one of the little machines got stuck which it was my fault for putting to much soap on it, I called the number listed on the wall and she answered and would not help me all she said was, well you put too much soap and Im busy right now so just put downy and water in it. 2dn time the dryers are free, I was folding my clothes and one of my machines stop so instead of asking which this machine belongs to she took my clothes out so someone else can use it. 3rd time one of the big machines stop again she saw it and she just walked away, I then went and looked for her which she was outside and she the said well you put too much soap and I said I only put to scoops in it, and she kept on talking and saying well that its your error, so then I got upset and told her that she was being rude and not helpful because she wasnt giving me a solution she just kept pointing it out that it was my error! This person needs customer service classes!

Great place to wash your clothes, very nice atmosphere, and the attendant is very much helpful, all the washer and dryers work excellent, oh yeah free drying 👍🤗
