First & last visit. I pulled up around 6:30pm to wash. Unloaded my car by the door.. The guy in the picture told me they were closed even though the last wash is at 7:30, even though they close at 9pm. He said because of Covid. After putting everything BACK IN MY CAR I went to my car to find another laundromat & another car pulls up, they go to the door and he tells them to come in, even opened both doors for them. So I walk up & ask him, why he told me they were closed if he opened for them. Then he said,you want to wash you can wash. WHAAATT?? Then he said he wanted to leave early, thats why he told me that. The only words that could come to mind was Sir my feelings are very hurt This is pathetic. Being an African American shouldnt be this hard. I just wanted clean clothes.

It is an awesome place to wash, everything is clean and the washers are awesome, I personally have had no issues, everything is great there. I recommend for anyone who wants to wash in a better place!

So expensive, most of the machines dont work, washing machines dont even wash the clothes right the timer is less so m clothes came out looking the same like they havent even be washed....such a horrible place Im never coming back

Chinese worker making himself feel like he owns the place does he even work there making $2 per hour

If I could give this place a worse review. I would. I stepped in to ask if they had an ATM, and the owner shood me away. said no change assuming I wanted to get change and leave. the place was EMPTY and I see why. never coming back here, and the way the guy was, Id suggest you guys do the same.

My laundry hit a critical level of chaos. I didn’t my time or desire to clean 42 lbs of my laundry. I used Alvarado Laundry for self-cleaning before but wanted to use their drop off/pick up service. And I was wonderfully surprised by how professional and precise my laundry was cleaned by Alvarado Laundry 😀. I dropped off my laundry on Friday afternoon and I picked up my clean, folded, and bagged laundry 9am Saturday. My dress shirts where on hangers and bagged separately. Will use again!

Was able to get same day pick-up/drop-off at fair price. Customer service was great and it was really convenient because I was able to just text them. Definitely recommend!

I mean come on, this place is amazing. Online when I entered my address it said sorry, we do not service this area, but one phone call later and Chheng was at my door bright and early the next morning to take my laundry and was even able to deliver it back to me the same day. Hard-workers here man, hard workers. So ya, five stars. 10/10. Two thumbs up. All of them.

This is the best laundromat in the neighborhood as far as Im concerned. Located in a safe and nice shopping center. Very clean, all different kinds of washing machines, when I have gone there has been good parking and not crowded.

Great delivery! Picked up same day later in the evening, and ended being able to bring it done and back the same day! Quick to reply too! And extremely flexible!

Cute small facility with a rude STAFF! I walked across the street and came back and the staff had an attitude with me as I was changing my coins. I politely told him “Sir I am doing laundry here. I have 6 loads” he repeatedly yelled at me saying “Coins for customer only!” I had no choice but to yell back “I AM A CUSTOMER” . What a disappointment as my first time here.

WARNING. They NO LONGER HAVE FREE DRYERS, and they do not have any seating. However, the space is CLEAN.

One of the cleanest laundrys I have ever been to, they have great service, a nice kids area and free WiFi ☺ definitely earned 5 stars .

Super clean facilities, I had to leave and they offer to finished my laundry for only $1.25 per lb. They did a super job and gave me an awesome Reusable tote.
