Excellent and quick service! Very personal interaction, they were kind and polite when I dropped off my watch for a new battery, and I received a phone call when it was ready. They cleaned the watch and checked its water resistance. Really went the extra mile in their attention and care. Ill be back anytime my watches need attention!

This place is service personified. Instead of selling me what he had he tried to help me find what I wanted. Seiko no longer makes replacement bands for my old watch. He found that out by calling the distributor. He found my old watch on Amazon. When Im ready to buy a replacement, Im coming here.
