From simple things like cleaning vintage watches to furnishing missing components of a solid gold watch case, Raul always comes through with a high quality finish.Raul speaks machine and his shop offers so much value its almost laughable that youd consider taking your business anywhere else! I found staff (Raul) to be very helpful and positive. I asked him for a perfect timed watch to fix all the issues with my old watch. His well spent time ended up with me getting back a well timed, polished watch, I am glad he was there to help/ patient. I do recommend him and can say as a watchmaster, he can do heavy watch repair.

I took a watch in that I thought just needed a battery. He quoted me a fair price, but when he opened up the watch, he showed me that it had Los Angeles. He said send it back if it is under warranty, which it was. He was nice enough not to charge me anything. I will go back when I need any watch work done. Integrity can be hard to find sometimes.

I actually was informed of Sunset Watch & Jewelry (Specifically Raul) from an online website I belong to dealing with Swiss movements and the love of them. Mind you, this is a website with members all over the world. So we share resources and information on any watchmaker that we as a community come in contact with that does this or that. It is hit or miss depending on where youre at in the world if you will be able to find a trusted watchmaker verified by the online community. Fortunately, during my search. One name kept resurfacing. Raul and Sunset Watch & Jewelry. So on a Sat afternoon, myself and Google maps searched out Raul. When I walked in a man that was meticulously working behind a desk (Who turned out to be Raul) pleasantly greeted me and asked what he could do for me? I pulled out my prized watch and told him how I found out about his services and that I needed my swiss movement calibrated, the watch completely serviced and cleaned and a waterproofing. He looked at it and said beautiful, and he would see if he could located the correct parts. 2 1/2 weeks later I have my watch back, running immaculately based on the intricate work that Raul had to do, at a great price and with a year warranty. Raul is the coolest, kindest, quickest gentleman. He helped fix two links where the screws were stripped with some very quick thinking. First time coming to Sunset Watch & Jewelry Repair and i got say it was so great!! I have a Rolex GMT Master with a broken balance wheel. Raul was so kind to explain what it needed and my cost. I left it and came to pick it up 2 weeks later and OMG it was so perfect, nice and finish!! He even polish it and gave it a clean with no charge!!! I really Thank Raul for taking care and fixing my Rolex which some other watch store wont even bother to look at a Rolex, but he did. Highly Recommend. Even pass by to buy dominoes :)

Hi, I have a bunch of watches that the bracelets needed to be resized. I have taken them in a couple times, and both time they were friendly and resized them quickly. I recommend them highly.

I am visiting Los Angeles and my work watch stopped working. I wear a Casio G-Shock (GA 700 series). I thought my issue was a dead battery, but something more sinister had happened -the analog hands had locked in place and would not budge. WOW!!!! Could not find a Citizen dealer in Texas that could find watch band for Promaster Eco drive. I shipped to him on Thursday from Texas and had it back on Monday and was less cost than I was quoted. he even cleaned it looks brand new!!! no matter what I would always and will send any watch repair I have to Them.
