Ive been a customer nearly ten years, so far my servers have been without power 0 minutes in ten years. I can not imagine how these guys could be better. Tech support are knowledgeable, reply quickly, and get it done right the first time.I retired from the computer industry 15 years ago, my servers and websites are a hobby, but if I was running an actual business Id still use them.

Absolute worst company to ever use. If you are looking for a good DC with fast timely support, this is not the place. These guys are all outsourced and will take weeks to patch a cable to a device.

I want to thank Field Service Technicians Wayne T. and Marc K for installing internet and phone service in my home. After spending around $1500 on the best tech guys in LA, who couldnt fix our problems or return our phone calls, The QuadraNet techs had everything working before they left! Thank you very much!

The entire process from start to finish was a breeze. The internet speed, at least at our building, is lightning fast and the customer service is excellent. Neil was our technician and we was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

The QN support team has always been immediately responsive and helpful. They also quickly route you to their experts. Ive communicated with several folks there, and everyone has been knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. Although we presently have a small deployment, we still are treated like an important customer. Their networking team even optimized some routing to cloud machines to get better bandwidth than I expected was possible.

Corporate Colocation

Horrible service provider. Due to an internal employee issue, they shutdown thousands of website and leave small business owners in a limbo. No sense of customer service or caring about others well being. Never would do business with Quadranet or anyone reselling on their network.

Great company, ridiculous speeds for the cost (were getting 50-90Mbps DL and 180Mbps UL... our neighbor was gettting 700Mbps until more of us signed up), and Svetlana our tech was super nice, super fast, and super helpful.

Their pricing is really good, and you get what you pay for.I have been using their service for 2 months now and I had 2 long outages already. The first one was because their storage unit was failing, I have not received the response for the second one but I really dont care why. I will probably cancel soon. If you need a system with really good up-time, you should look elsewhere.

Working with QuadraNet is akin to being granted a wish from a genie. I had just moved into a new space and called them on a Sunday morning. A half hour later one of their techs showed up and got everything set up, I didnt even have a router at this point! When I got my router set up and configured my wireless network I ran a quick bandwidth test, 183.67 Mbps!! download and 201 Mbps upload! Simply outrageous, and for only 550 bucks a year!! Big shout out to Steve, the tech who helped me that fateful Sunday.

While looking for companies to solicit, they click on their AdWords ads to cost companies money in advertising dollars that should be spendable on potential new customers. I have proof of this through fastbase, a company that shows where visitors come from and how they got there.Very unethical and a waste of ad spend. I would never do business with these people.

Terrible! It is impossible to cancel. They tell you there is place to cancel on their website under services that doesnt exist in Google Chrome. They wont take any other cancellation, email, phone, nothing. It is a scam and service is atrocious. Much better discount hosting places if you want the same level of service for half the cost.

We have been working with Quadranet since 2007 and enjoying their services since the beginning. Both their support and sales team are very friendly and they provide state-of-art customer service. We have 3+ dedicated servers on their LA data center.

They dont provide proper UPS, and my server has been damageD by power shortage. As courtesy, they are replacing server main board but they have failed to replicate previous BIOS and RAID config, and the server os has been corrupted and RAID data might be corrupted. Even with that situation, they said, data backup is not their responsibility. but I loss all data from poor Quadranet UPS and lack of knowledge. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR UPS ON CONTRACT. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR REMOTE HAND. DO NOT EXPECT TOO MUCH. THEY ARE NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSOBILITY FROM POWER SHORTAGE. YOU SERVER WILL BE CRASHED EASILY WITH UNSTABLE POWER.

If you’re considering doing business Crissic Solutions or QuadraNet, I’d like to warn you about my experience with the company. After doing business with them for over two years they terminated the service with no notice of any kind. They did not provide backups or reasoning of any kind, and just weeks before assured me that my service was not part of their recent decision to trim some customers (I paid monthly for the service).It took them over a week to reply to my ticket and there response said only it was too late and that the service was terminated by the system. Luckily I keep my own backups and had already moved to an alternate provider.It’s clear these people don’t care about their customers or loyalty in any way, and they don’t deserve your business.

Worst Provider ever.... Had a Plan from CRISSIC, supposedly it was to cheap for them to keep me up, they TERMINATED MY SERVICES PREMATURELY erased everything and DIDNT REFUND ANYTHING .... They said that they EMAILED people this but it never happened... this is the worst company EVER... Tried to get the data back and nothing... WORST COMPANY EXPERIENCE. THIS SHOULD BE ZERO STARS... DO NOT USE THEM... They blame it on a POOR acquisition that was losing money! it is left to the CUSTOMER they dont even have the data anymore.What a load of bull...

We are a fast growing PR distribution service. We were looking to move our infrastructure from cloud (AWS/Linode) to a hybrid of cloud and colocation. As part of our migration, we ordered a dedicated server so we can ensure the environment, network and support works for us. We had some technical issues but Quadranets support very promptly helped us out. Once we felt comfortable to take the next step with ordering our own hardware and colocating the server, Quadranet helped make this process very easy on my part. I was able to just drop off the server at the datacenter lobby, and the technician came down and the next day the server was connected. Throughout this process the Quadranet team from sales to support have been great! Looking forward for a long term business relationship as our infrastructure provider.

The downtime we have seen was mostly my fault, but the two times [in about two years) that it wasnt, we always saw a swift response with quickly following resolution. The dudes and dudettes over there feel like family. I was a crissic customer. Quadranet bought them and shut it down without notifying me my VPS server was being deleted. I had paid for a year up front and had 7 months left. And no notifications of the change in service. I just want my data.Horrible customer service after the fact also.

Have a dedicated server with quadranet, I am happy with the price and network. however their support is not that much friendly and ontime.

Never trust this Company, they will close your Account without even a notification, tomorrow will change its name again and resell your VPS to other customers with higher Price just as it did when it was named Crissic.Unless you are looking for temporary VPS for non serious work, Please be very very careful.

I am a VoIP Carrier and have a bit over a years experience with Quadranet. The prices are competitive and the network good. I toured them before signing on and meet the team. I saw about 8 guys in the big building next door to 1 Wilshire giving them the same ping time of highest cost hosting on the west coast. There have been problems but i get quick support. Adam is my preferred rep there. I called him to set up and change servers every week.

Boxintense have been colocated at Quadranet LA for almost a year. Dustin, our account manager has been nothing less than wonderful to work with, he has been providing assistance so we can have an optimized and efficient setup. Kate, the director of networking and facilities were also providing us with networking advise whenever necessary. I used Quadranet for my non-EC2 hosting for over 4 years now. The pricing was very competitive, especially considering my companys high bandwidth needs, and we had many dedicated servers and load balancers with them. We had a wide variety of servers - compute nodes, high storage nodes, and even general webservers.The service was always top-notch, even when we received huge 20+Gbps DDoSes, and their customer service responded promptly and fixed our occasional problem without issues, whether by ticket or the occasional late-night call. :)We used them to serve customers worldwide (about 150 million users of our software) and connectivity was always excellent no matter the country of origin.Id strongly recommend them for your hosting needs.

Kate, Ilan, and the team at Quadranet provide excellent value for money.Weve had tremendous uptime, always on support that can respond within minutes, and what could be seen as budget pricing when compared to buildings just next door. (That youre able to xcon into anyway.)We were so pleased with our service in Los Angeles that we expanded into Miami with Quadranet and are happy to say the service in that location is also excellent.Were looking forward to continued success with Quadranet in the coming years.
