Had to pop in and leave a well deserved review. Returning member here and Claire reminded me of what up to par Equinox customer service was all about. She has been extremely accommodating and really on top of each changes. The gym is clean with a lingering smell of eucalyptus, never too crowded with a multitude of classes to choose from. Happy member :)

Never in my life have I dealt with an incompetent general manager of this magnitude. Wendel Strong is extremely unprofessional and condescending. The location is extremely small but it is very clean and the general staff except for the GM are extremely friendly.

This place is top-knoch. The front desk crew are professional friendly and courteous. Karen gave me a remarkable deal and signed me up with none problem! The Equinox Miracle Mile is immaculate.There are lots of aerobic machines and most have a non-public video/tv display - the channel manual is substantially appreciated. They even provide tanning. From cardio to resistance training I maintain to have a outstanding paintings-out!

The best gym in the Miracle Mile area. It’s one of the newest Equinoxes so the equipment is brand new and the design/layout is incredible.Some critics have cited the size of the gym, however I’ve been to dozens of different Equinoxes and this one is standard, if not slightly above average size.Parking is also good: two hours free in the underground lot and very quick getting to and from the gym entrance via elevator bays.One side note: I generally only use the strength equipment so I can’t comment on the quality of classes.Overall, one of my favorite Equinoxes.

I absolutely love this place. Who would of ever thought one of my favorite places would be a gym.

The workout floor is decent, the treadmills are the older outdated models but the space is a good size and the equipment plentiful. But the ladies locker room / bathroom is so gross. More often than not, there is urine on the toilet seats in the bathroom. Literally almost every time I have gone into a bathroom stall (except maybe 3-4 times), the toilet seat has had urine on it (obviously they have toilet seat covers but thats not the point!). There have also been multiple times I have gone to a bathroom stall and the toilet paper was out. This is all very confusing to me as there is ALWAYS a maintenance staff member present in the locker rooms, however they are usually wiping away water from around the sinks. I would rather have the bathroom stalls clean and stocked with toilet paper than wash my hands in a dry sink. Based on the rate I am paying and the seeming availability of the maintenance staff, I do not think that is too much to ask.

Weird vibe. Classes overcrowded. Trainers are like pushy used car salesmen. Andrea Burns (no longer at this location) was.. a bit harsh. I don’t need to be catered to, but it did feel like I was signing up for military basic training.

This place, I satisfied all staff except womens sauna staff.Last Sunday morning I agree with Maria opinion.Spa staff who has burgundy hair.(I can not explain other words)She talked to me about other customer. Im only guest your club.She was too rude.on her back. Tell her Im not her friend. and Im not interested her story. Dont bother me. Miracle mile manager has to know that. I feel uncomfortable when that staff working. She always lazy and talk too much to customer

Love this new location! Yes it is a bit smaller than some of the other Equinox locations but I’ve been very happy so far since they opened back in October 2017. You get the occasional morons who go into the men’s steam room with sneakers and sweaty clothes on and who leave a mess in the locker rooms. But the crowd and vibe has been overall great. At times I do wish it was a bit larger but its the perfect size to get what you need in and continue on your hustle. If you’re in need of a solid trainer Spencer is on point as well!

The Location is beautiful just extremely small. The staff is extremely professional and pleasant. However, one trainer is extremely rude! He has dark hair and I think he is middle eastern. While you are on the floor working out. The trainers just stand around staring at you. It can be a bit uncomfortable and frustrating. If they stepped in and corrected your form or gave advice it would be less awkward. Instead they gather in circles and watch you like hawks. Half the time they look bored and just circle the floor.My suggestion to the owner and management would be for the trainers to make small talk. Engage with the members it would be create a better environment. Standing around going in circles really looks silly. Whats the point? Ask people about their goals and what they are working on today. Ask members if they need any assistance or have questions.All and all the size of the gym could be bigger maybe the we could have done with out the shop, large reception area and the sales offices. I hope management or the owner sees this concern and looks into this matter.

Loving this new location the equipment is new and clean! and the locker rooms showers steam room etc are always so clean 5 stars forsure

Gym is not that small honestly as I thought itd be. lots of space so you never too sweaty... lots of cardio machines in the back. the design is a bit odd to me as someone who lifts mostly. mirror is small and you dont know where to stand …

I joined this branch before it opened, and have been a loyal customer for its entire run. I found a pair of earbuds. Having a bad experience with their lost and found involving a lost iWatch, I went to lost and found to leave my name and phone number in case anyone tried to retrieve them. I received emails and phone calls demanding that I return the earbuds to the club (due to corporate rules) immediately. I was told that if I didnt my membership was terminated. I did not receive a thank you for leaving my name and phone number and doing the right thing. I was terminated because I didnt march in tune with corporate rules. If youre a sheep that wants to be bossed around by corporate America, then general manager Andrea Burns is your wolf! The desk staff is sweet and showers are clean.

Always clean and friendly but they are very stubborn with their class types, dates and times... The less classes the more Equinox makes so its all about the bottom line. They really lack cardio classes and they dont know their membership base very well.

I was there. sauna attendent was terrible Today womens powder room hair dryer was broken. bad smell from their like a burnning something I asked her. She said I dont Know. and laughing. She always talking too much other customer. Please dont use hair dryer which is second one from powder room. The attendent always make us get mad

The gym is clean and nice but the classes are a bit overcrowded. I wish they would add another morning slot to alleviate some of that crowding

The security for the building is extremely rude, I “had” been a member since before Equinox bought Sports Club LA in Washington DC...I was on my way to renew my membership, after recently moving to the LA area, not anymore..#getthegijoesecurityguardoutofhere #racialprofiling
