Recently purchased a home in the Central Alameda district with a concrete floor in living area (approx 450 sq ft) that had been painted without adequate prep or sealant. Moises, and Nancy own a wonderful company. They stand true to their word. I’ve had them do multiple warehouses for me over the years. The most recent warehouse of 70,000 sqft was done promptly and efficiently . Moises is very professional and displays common courtesy that is hard to find in the construction world.
