So Nelson does beautiful work BUT he didnt keep up his word to come back and fixed 2 doors that didnt close. If you hire him dont give him final payment until he has completed all his work and you have checked! We paid him right after he finished because everything looked perfect, and well there is always a first time. Nelson didnt tell us that the doors will not close and he knew. I called him back and told him the doors were not closing and he told me it was not part of his job, but he would help us. Well he never came.

David and team did a wonderful job the attention to details impressed me the most. Pricing is competitive and the quality of the work is second to none. We couldnt have imagined a better experience from start to finish. Fantastic company: dependable, reliable and talented in all aspects of flooring.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE GUYS!!!!!All the reviews are 100% correct! I checked their reviews and went with it hoping all the good stuff was true. IT IS!! These guys are 100% professional. Show up on the dot! Maintain a clean work area and protected all our artwork etc. They know their business with wood flooring and customer service.We are having a 20K sq ft home prepared for sale and needed the wood floor areas refinished to repair scratches. We had to change from a distressed finish to a flat surface in order to do it. I had some concerns on the finished floor being completely level. WOW!! I cant say how please I am with the new floor!! It looks so much more modern and fresh. I got a NEW floor. Thank you David, Shawn, Leo, Alfonso and the rest of the crew!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I cant say enough positive things about our experience with David and his crew at Prime Hardwood Floors. From our first meeting through to the last drop of finish they were professional, courteous and true CRAFTSMEN. Weve hired a lot of contractors over the years and I can easily say David is one of our favorite. His crew, Alfonso, Orlando, Sergio and Ezekiel were always on time and even sang as they worked. It is obvious they love the craft. And the results are BEAUTIFUL! We had a little under 3k square feet refinished. They treated our home as if it were their own - from the initial sanding, to presenting color options and the last drop of finish it was a positive experience. Oh, and their cleanup made it so easy to move right back in. I guess by now you can tell we HIGHLY RECOMMEND Prime Hardwood Floors!

I used Prime Hardwood Floors about a month ago to install hardwood floors in the upstairs bedrooms to match the rest of the house. They did such a phenomenal job that I had to leave a great review. I love the way everything turned out. I didnt think that hardwood floors in the bedroom would make everything look cleaner and bigger. I like it a lot .
