Had a bad encounter with one of their talent specialists (will not disclose name). They were our vendor briefly, treated some of our own staff very poorly. Needless to say I would not recommend as a talent vendor. Please work on training your talent specialists on communication and respect.

Worst experience working with this agency.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.The recruiters working there only care about their comission and own interest. They will try to find out what other places you are applying to so they can fill that position with their own candidates.Even the company I was interviewing for was bothered at how much SEP would call her EVERY day multiple times to ask about our interviewing process and how soon were they going to hire me and I never even got an update from the recruiter. The interviewer gave me the information each time during our interviewing process, not the recruiter. He never even responded to my emails nor returned my calls. It wasnt until the company wanted to make me an offer that the recruiter then reached out again! Unbelievable.These positive ratings must be left by their own employees, because theres no way anyone would be happy with their unethical/unprofessional services.
