Unintuitive, does not listen or understand personal needs of prospective jobs I would be interested in. They literally just spew random jobs at me with no thought of whether I am a good fit or if I even have any experience at all in that specific role. Waste of timeWhats the point???
The 24Seven team has been absolutely amazing in helping my career progress in a positive and inspiring way, Ive found so many incredible opportunities through 24Seven! LOVE them!!
I’ve been with 24 Seven for several years, and once they place you you never hear from them again except to remind you to fill out your time card. The raises they have gotten me at my freelance job have been by me constantly following up once I request the increase. People come and go with no notice, and if you request they find you another job more in line with your needs, they do not. The best news I have gotten is that a class action law suit has been filed against them for withholding wages on physical checks, and I will be compensated for missing wages when they lose the case. To sum up, I’d choose another staffing agency if you’re in the market for one.
Their quota is to avoid emailing back. Recently moved to LA and it seemed promising that theyd be able to help me land something. After following up with them after a week, 2 weeks, then 3 weeks go by. It wasnt like I was brand new to the (fashion) industry either. Not even an email back saying, no updates on positions. Just kept in the dark. Went to 4th Floor instead. Definitely dont bother with 24 Seven Talent.*Update - once they saw that I put a bad review on them, they decide to email back. Dont bother.
The whole crew at the downtown LA office is wonderful. I will recommend three people. Please ask for Missy, Monica Robinson, & Monica Cheng. Each person has a unique work style and is determined to help you find a job.
Ive met quite a few recruiters in my life as an advertising professional but I have to say that Christine Gardner at 24/7 is great. She knows the industry well and knows how to match the right talent with the right agency. I highly recommend her!
I dont know whats going on with this company, but its not cool they always send me emails saying hey I have a fulltime job, are you available please reply to this email asap! So I send an email back. No reply i call, they have the front desk rep tell me oh just tell her to send me an email. I have already sent over 4 emails, letting them know Im available. They dont reply back for another 4mo. With an new job offer Samething never reply back until another 4 mo its like a pattern. I dont understand of reaching out to people if u not going to do your part! No update are anything I been waiting on a Facetime/Skype Interview for weeks now. Its Sad....
After 4 years of applying absolutely no interviews, tried another agency and found a job within a month.
Email once in a blue moon about an opportunity but when you respond for more info on the position, even instantly so it cant be taken yet, they never reply
New york City division is consistant!
Do not waste your time coming here! This place is a joke, very unprofessional, and I doubt they have any real connections.A month passed since my first interview with the recruiter. I had to be the one to contact her and ask what happen? Why wasnt I ever contacted for any opportunities and I also applied to a few postings on their website. She then apologize and claim there a temp position that is interested in my resume and could I start asap. I told her yes and she was suppose to get back to me. Everyday Im e-mailing her about this position and keep getting excuses. If the employer doesnt really exist why not just be honest and say you dont have any connections. Why waste someone time like this and get negative reviews? They also required to make copies of your social security card and license before helping you get a job. Why do they need someone personal IDs if you can not even find the individual a job or an interview??? Now im starting to wonder if this is even a legit bussiness. People please do not make the same mistake I did. Never give a company or agency copies of your social security card and license, until you have gotten the job.24 Seven Telant is a joke and the worst job agency I ever experienced. They should be shut down.
They arent hiding people
