After working for LES for several months, I learned that the company was very unethical. The promises that are made by this program are not executed in an effective and professional way. This company takes advantage of individuals living with disabilities by providing insufficient resources and assistance. The administration also takes advantage of those they hire by paying minimum wage and assigning tasks to Job Coaches that are out of the scope of the training provided to them. I highly advise against working for this company due to their unethical practices.

I use to a Clint .Gewn and lawde horrible mageegers they dont know how to explainthing to clint and they never payed us on time.staff were over worked andno payed enough.the refuses to change my address on my pay checks when I to my new place.

DONT BOTHER! Liberty is literally the worst job I have ever had. The way that they direct themselves at employees is disrespectful and condescending. The BCBA at one office consistently spoke to Job Coaches as if they were children and dismissed any concerns or legitimate questions they had and would shut down. I had no prior experience in that field and was told it would not be a problem. But I never received any kind of proper training or direction even when working with a client with a history of aggression. You literally just get thrown into the job. This program is marked as a one to one program but Job Coaches frequently have two or more clients and if youre driving clients you typically have 4 different people you have to pick up and take home. I typically put in at least 70-90 miles in my personal car a day! To make matters worse checks are rarely written correctly and are never deposited into your bank account directly. I could go on and on about their issues. Just dont apply or dont accept a job offer here.

If you are looking to be emotionally and mentally abused, this is THE place for you. To say that you are overworked and underappreciated is the biggest understatement of the century. Everything from upper management (aka the reigning prince and princess of darkness), payroll (alarmingly incorrect paychecks, w2s, mileage, no direct deposit, no paystubs), company culture (micromanagement, condescension, deplorable leadership, poor internal communication, favoritism in applying company rules/policies). Far worse than what has already been mentioned is the fact that the company sells itself as a beacon of hope for individuals with disabilities when really more harm is being done than good. This company does not have the means (enough staff across all locations and levels) and/or training to assist those they get funded to help. At this point, it is beyond unethical and unsafe for the clients to attend their programs on a daily basis. Instead of hiring adequate staff and resources, they are driving around in their range rovers and mercedes benzs. Last but certainly not least, the BCBA on duty should be reported for not interacting with clients or providing direct hours to clients. In fact, when issues arise, he runs to his office and locks the door or hides behind furniture to avoid close contact with clients. This man is the epitome of narcissism and suffers from severe suppressed anger issues. He seeks joy out of pointing out everything that is wrong and putting everyone around him down. Do yourself a favor and do not even expel your energy on 1-click apply.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I have had constant issues with embellishment of what the job was. They claim that you will have full time with direct deposit. The truth is that you will be working 35.5 hours while earning a different pay than the rest of your co workers with no diversity in qualifications nor do they even do direct deposit. Being from Indiana, that is where my bank is, their checks would not even go through using mobile banking. I have since paid $37.50 just to retrieve the money that I earned. After bringing it up several times and corporate explaining they will be getting new checks, nothing changed. It was the final time that I had to pay to cash my check that I went in to talk to my boss (The BCBA for the Pasadena office who claims he is not our boss) to explain my frustrations. His response was What do you want me to do about it? Realizing that this company does not care about their employees, I decided to hand in my phone that day and not return. It was two weeks later and they still had not sent me my final paycheck, so i decided to go into the main office in LA (after being ignored for 6 days via email). They informed me that they had already sent out my last check, however would not give me a tracking number while I was at the office, and said that direct deposit is a privilege and it isnt their problem that I do not bank in California (I have never had problems with mobile deposit before this company). I explained that I wanted the tracking number because another co worker (who left as well) was having no luck in retrieving his check or the tracking number. They said That is not true, have a good day. and walked away without providing me my tracking number for my check. I called back an hour later to see if they had the tracking number, still nothing. I waited another 30 min to call back again and the HR REFUSED to give me a tracking number now changing the story that the person with the tracking number was out of the office. I informed her that I would be calling tomorrow to receive that tracking number and she then hung up. I am not the only employee to have this problem. So to sum up, this company holds zero accountability for their actions and does NOT care about its employees or the participants they are supposed to be helping. They do not give proper ABA training to employees and have no problem sending you with a client that has a history of aggression without preparing you. It also is claimed that this program is a one on one with job coach to participant when the reality is that job coaches are assigned two participants MINIMUM. On top of that, reimbursement was rarely correct for when people drove participants and many checks were shorted. If you are wanting a job, please continue looking. This job is not worth the disrespect and error in payment on top of the way corporate and their BCBA handles employees. It is truly sickening. Save yourself the distress and keep looking.

TERRIBLE PLACE TO WORK. THE COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES. NO ONE GETS PAID ON TIME AND THE COMPANY DOES NOT PROPERLY COMMUNICATE WITH OTHERS IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING HERE.

Terrible place to work they dont pay they are always late with the pay or mess up your hours they dont value there workers there is a lot of favoritism no sordve proffesionalism ITS STRICTLY BUSINESS THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CLIENTS. Bigtime two faces.

Please safe your self the heartache do not apply to this place. This place was by far the worse employment I have had in the 10 years I have been working from management to how employees are treated and compensated is horrible. If possible I would not give this place not even one star. That’s how horrible it is.

They are rude people working as their staff .Especially at the Ulmerton location .Manager does nothing to help or explain . They say they have lots of jobs and tell you to get application in and then tell you they have NO jobs available . Liars ...

They told me 1 month probation without pay. They only pay you once a month on the 15. I started working there on June 23. That means I shouldve gotten paid on August 15 which I never got paid like when I am supposed to be paid. They only pay you for 2 hours only not for the full 5 hours!!!! My Regional counselor talked to Ms Gwynn that she would be taking me to a school for an hour which they never did. I am only getting paid for 1 hour for 3 1/2 hrs.
