I do feel safe when I use this dental clinics services. I came here for a check-up about a week ago. The dentist will give you truthful advice about what treatment is best for your teeth.

In my mind, the dentist office is an evil cave, filled with sadomasochistic villains intent on subjecting one to Lovecraftian horrors and pain beyond comprehension. Diabolical demons wielding torture tools that defy even the most depraved imagination. The screams of victims echoing across eternally winding, slime covered walls. There is no hope....only despair.Thankfully, my terrified imagination was immediately put to rest. The office is clean and comfortable. Everyone is professional, attentive, and, dare I say, of good humor. Their attention to comfort is amazing, and any chance to allay pain from the procedures is addressed. The vibe is friendly, not sterile. I cannot recommend these fine people more. Shed your primal fears! Drop your preconceived notions! Brush and Floss! I just started seeing Dr. Allaire and have had the best experience. At my first appointment he took the time to get to know me and walked me through best practices for keeping my teeth healthy. He gave me information, tips and teachings that no other dentist had told me. At my second appointment, I had a cavity filled and was given a blanket, homemade chap-stick and a movie to watch during the whole procedure. My Novocaine took a while to kick in, but Dr. Allaire said he would rather me be entirely comfortable than get it done quickly. He kept adding more and cheeking back in to see how I felt. At the end of the procedure, he thanked me for my patience and gave me the reversal agent for the Novocaine. By the time I got home I felt completely normal. Dr. Allaire and his entire staff are so kind and make dentist visits a pleasure.

Great environment and service. Unlike nay other dentist I have ever been to . TV on the ceiling and Modern Family really make this (normally very uncool experience) alright.

Wow! This place is incredible. Ive never been to a better dentist. Everyone there is super friendly and they take the time to educate you on what they are doing and why. Its a breath of fresh air. They really go all out. My first visit we reviewed every single tooth in my mouth live on the monitor. They showed me what they were seeing, told me what it meant and how they would consider addressing issues they saw. Amazing place!

I LOVE Dr. Allaire! He and his staff are incredibly friendly and professional. Dr. Allaire goes out of his way to make a personal connection and familiarize his patients with his practice so that you feel completely comfortable, welcome and safe. Plus, his is the most swanky medical office Ive ever seen! Seriously, seeing the place is worth a visit alone. All the equipment seems cutting edge and theres even easy street parking! I got two fillings today, but the only way I know that is because of the residual numb mouth. As far as Im concerned, I spent the last hour in an incredibly comfortable chair watching Sex in the City in what had to be a spa since my very comfort was addressed. He is an excellent doctor whos primary concern is to make his patients happy. I HIGHLY recommend him!

Best dental office Ive ever visited. After a 22-year terror of dentistry, Allaire made me feel completely comfortable, performed excellent work, and the office vibe is relaxing and sophisticated. In addition to routine maintenance, Allaire also performed flawless cosmetic work on my teeth. Highly recommended.

Dr. Allaire is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. He definitely lives up to all of the great reviews. His staff is amazing, the office is impeccable, and there is a level of detail not found many places. He is incredibly kind and takes the time to make sure you understand every aspect of the dental process. The best thing I can say is that we are moving out of the state, but we refuse to change dentists, so we will be flying back, every six months to see Dr. Allaire and his team.

Dr. Allaire is one of the rare population of professional doctors that takes the time to speak with and get to know his patients. He describes the logic behind the exam, and exactly how to prevent and treat your teeth in the best way. The staff understands customer services so well, and making appointments and even waiting (which is never long) for my appointment is an absolute pleasure. The facility is chic, clean, and catered to the clients comfort. I will continue to see Dr. Allaire, as Ive decided he is the best in his practice that Ive encountered.

Dr Allaire and his staff are the most delightful, patient, skilled dentists I ever met. They really care about your well being and take the time needed. Going to the dentist is never pleasant, but this is THE place to go in LA.

Walking into the office you are welcomed by the sweet receptionist, Anne. Shes really quiet but makes sure you understand what will take place as far as insurance and answers any questions you may have. The environment is great and warm you immediately feel at ease. The wait time was NO problem at all. The assistants there were awesome as well. You can tell they love their jobs and working under Dr. Allaire. Once seated Dr. Allaire takes time out to explain to you the process that will take place. He explains the tools that he uses, how they work ( he even has charts), what kind of fluorides to use, and what to look out for even on gum. I was shocked at some of the things I learned. All in all you leave feeling well taken care of, with a great smile and educated.I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Dr. Allaire and his office staff.

Dr. Allaire and his staff are amazing! I went to his office because of pain from a tooth infection (though I didnt know it at the time). I called the nearest dentist (Dr. Allaire) and they were able to get me in within two days! Not only was he able to pinpoint the problem, he noticed that I have soft teeth, a term that I had never heard before and no other dentist bothered to point out. He took the time to explain how soft teeth are prone to cavities and what habits I could incorporate into my routine to prevent future cavities!Dr. Allaire and everyone on his staff are extremely personable, knowledgeable, and they treat restorative dental care like an art! When I had to get a crown, he explained what he was doing so I wasnt completely ignorant of the procedure going on and allowed me to view the design process for a crown. He made sure that my crown looked and felt like a real tooth.Also, shout out to their receptionist Jackie! When I was trying to schedule an appointment because of the pain I was in, she worked to schedule me in as soon as possible, calling anytime someone canceled and rescheduling me for a closer appointment.If youre thinking of going to a dentist in the Wilshire area, definitely give Dr. Allaire a try!

I wish that I could give Dr. Allaire 100 stars, because he is the best dentist around. His practice is warm and inviting, and his work is gentle and thorough. I have always dreaded going to the dentist and Dr. Allaire has given me a new perspective on dental care. He showed me the proper method for brushing and flossing (my ortho never showed me how to floss after I got my braces taken off...10 years ago) and didnt make me feel embarrassed about the state of my teeth. With my previous dentist, I always left the chair feeling disappointed and as if something wasnt done right, but as soon as I sat down w/Dr. Allaire (and they applied some lovely lavender lip balm...throughout the entire procedure!) I knew that I was being well taken care of, felt an immediate sense of trust, and could tell that he knew exactly what I was doing (how could you not trust the dentist that keeps your lips from cracking during the procedure?). I kind of want to go back just for the swanky view from the chair, the atmosphere in the waiting room, or the deliciously fresh water. Oh, and I forgot to mention how AWESOME Dr. Allaire is (and everyone in the office)! He is the perfect combination of friendly, funny and professional. I love my new dentist and, believe it or not, cannot wait to go back... OK, I can wait, but I really look forward to it!

It took us a few years to find out where Dr Allaire went to but we finally found him again. Husband who is also a cancer patient, needed an emergency root canal and we trusted only Dr Allaire to fix it. Not only did he take us in on short notice but he stayed an extra 2.5 hours after the office closed to perform the procedure. He is simply the best! His new office is amazing and unlike any other dental office I have ever been to. His staff is AMAZING! Scared of dentists, Dr Allaire will put you at ease instantly. I cant say enough about how fabulous this man is. Wishing him major success in his new endeavor!

Dr Allaire is not only knowledgeable, but caring and compassionate (and possesses a wicked sense if humor!) I was visiting from Colorado and had an emergency with a bridge. The Dr was recommended by a friend. I found him accommodating and thorough....a true godsend. Now if I can just get him to move to Denver :) oh and get the bubble gum flavored numbing stuff!

I visited Allaire Dental Care this morning as a new patient and it was the best dental experience I have ever had. Dr. Allaire is hilarious and genuinely cares about his patients teeth. He kept me laughing the whole time and taught me so much about caring for my teeth. I am SO happy I found him and will definitely continue to see him in the future!

Dr. Allaire (and his staff) is exceptional. You can tell he really cares about his patients.I went in for my second visit and first cleaning today and it was a wonderful experience (yes, Im saying that about a teeth cleaning, pointy tools and all). Dr. Allaire is incredibly knowledgeable and is completely transparent with his patients. Throughout my cleaning, he explained everything he was doing, what he was looking for, and also took the time to explain all the science behind those helpful tips dentists have given you your whole life (i.e. why sugar, specifically, is bad for teeth, how fluoride can be important and how to use it properly, etc...).Dr. Allaire also took me on a tour of the office to show me how they run a safe and reliable business with patient well-being as a priority.I highly recommend Dr. Allaire and his team.

Dr. Martin Allaire is the best! He is very knowledgeable and has been very accommodating to my husbands and my schedule. He always makes me feel comfortable despite some complicated dental situations Ive had. I would highly recommend him It also doesnt hurt that his office is very nice and modern and is very close to my home.

The staff at Allaire is super nice, hence the start, but I will not go back as someone who is super picky and careful about her teeth. This is my experience, it does not mean you encountered or might encounter the same.Went to Allaire had no problems with my teeth. Only had small cavities, after the work done on it, I started to have pain on one tooth, which was not there before. I followed up with Allaire on the matter, after all it is something that was caused after he worked on my tooth, the third time he wanted to pass me on to another dentist, assuming I have deeper underlying issues, when all he had to do was redo the filling that he did not do well from the beginning. On top, instead of correcting his mistake and being nice about it, I received the hint that he adjusts a tooth one or max two times for free, indicating that I passed my welcome, also his mannerisms changed every time. If this was not the intended message, it is what I understood from the conversation and behavior. I have no time or patience for someone who talks but does not act and also no interest in going to a dentist who does not listen to his patient and who is not willing to deal with an issue after he had work done on it.

And yes I just used the words sexy and dentist in the same paragraph.I hadnt been to the dentist in *blank* years, so I was pretty apprehensive about the whole thing. But Dr. Allaire was a dream. He walked me through every step of my visit, keeping me well informed about what he was doing and what I can do to facilitate my own optimum standard of oral hygiene. Hes very kind - funny too, which immediately put me at ease.If youre looking for a new dentist, Dr. Allaire is the man. Trust.

What a friendly, calming and inviting atmosphere. I loved the open windows and the blanket they give you when you are in the dental chair. I really loved how Dr. Allaire was patient and funny and really took the time to teach me how bacteria grow and cause cavities. I absolutely LOVED this place!

Lovely office, excellent dentist. He really knows teeth and always has advice about how to stay up to date on dental health. The hygienist and receptionist are lovely, too.

I have been with Dr. Allaire for more than a decade. This guy is a true gem. Ive had a lifelong phobia of dentists (spanned from bad experiences with questionable dentists in third world countries). When I first met Dr. Allaire, I was pale and shaking like a leaf - thinking hed be like the others Ive had. Boy, was I wrong (and gladly so!). Dr. Allaire is very gentle, kind, and he truly listened if I was uncomfortable or scared. He would go the extra mile to make sure I was not in pain. His work is top notch!! Ever since I started seeing him, Ive been inspired to take better care of my teeth, and so far, NO CAVITIES FOR ALMOST A DECADE!! (well, knock on wood). This is a big surprise for me, since I have been so cavity-prone all my life! And I love his office! It almost has a spa-like feel. Hell have a television playing right above your head while your teeth are getting examined, cleaned, etc. And I dont mean a regular TV set up high in the room like Ive seen at past dentists offices (theres nothing special about those, since youre stuck watching dental infomercials on those anyway). Dr. Allaire has the actual set up where you can personally tilt/adjust the screen to your liking, right above your head while youre reclining. And he has a cool DVD selection to choose from (I chose to watch The Devil Wears Prada at the last dental appointment and loved it!! I was actually hoping my dental exam would take longer so I could finish watching the whole movie, hehehe). How rad is that! I also love the lavender lip balm they put on me the entire time. Even though I have married and moved further away from his office, I would gladly take the one hour drive to see him. He truly cares about his patients and his attention to details speak volumes. Highly recommended!!!P.S. Update (11/2/2013): Id like to also mention that hes very cute. :-)

I never thought Id write a review about a dentist, but after all the painfully boring visits to other dentists in the past, Dr. Allaires office was a brilliant change of pace. The doctor is extremely friendly and his practice is state-of-the-art, sterile and nicely designed (which may not be critical, but if youre spending a decent amount of time in a chair its nice to be in a place thats easy on the eyes). In a nut shell, ADC is to dentistry what Virgin is to airlines.The location is also extremely convenient right in the heart of mid-Wilshire just down the way from LACMA so theres plenty of parking making visiting very easy. If youre in LA and looking for a dentist or even just bored of your current one, Id highly recommend checking out Martin.

My daughter suffers from bruxism which means she grinds her teeth heavily which causes a host of problems including damaged, sensitive teeth which she has and complains about, jaw problems, etc. To remedy this issue for the APPLE OF MY EYE I have sent MANY night guards home with my daughter and the reason her Mom throws them away is...Dr Allair will only recommend a night guard for my daughter if we purchase a more than $600.00 custom mouth guard from him. One that is a little beefier than the ones for teeth bleaching. He said that you can buy a custom night guard from me for $645.00 then he labeled all the bs reasons why the $20 sports guards are bad but thats BS bc my dentist said thats the best route as the custom guards are not durable.Her mom says her dr doesnt recommend them so she wont wear oneEven though my daughter complains that her grown up teeth are already sensitive and visibly flattening...allair, out of the bad, greedy people I have come across in life, you take a step on the podium.

I were two month as a tourist in LA. becouse of sudden toothache i went to allaire dental care.i felt a big pressure and pain under my tooth. they made 3 x rays. than they grinded the tooth down... again and again. he said i would give too much preasure on that tooth... thats it. it cost more than 450$ and helped nothing. i left with still a lot of pain!. they were kind of friendly but didnt take me serios. i felt like they were kidding me!!! i went to another docter who saw on the exrays an inflamation. therefore the tooth came out a little bit. he gave me antibiotics which helped emmidiatly.dont trust this guy!!! he smiles and get your money!
