The items I purchased are no where near the correct size as described. I tried to contact this company repeatedly for almost a month and couldnt get help on returning it. I ended up spending $19 to mail the items back for which I was not even reimbursed. They sent me a return label well after I mailed it back because of the 30 day return requirement and their site says 15 days. Just very very poor customer service by both sears/kmart and Hat and Beyond. I finally got some human via long distance call after 3 weeks and supposedly am getting a refund in 5-7 days as if I didnt wait long enough.

Absolutely love the products from here not only are they quality but they are affordable as well. Also not only is the shipping fast and efficient when I did experience a hic up the customer service was quick to right the wrong and get me my desired items quickly.
