I have never had a problem with my Pretty Litter order that wasn’t resolved in a prompt, business-like and friendly manner! The only issue has been delay in delivery, but that was linked with the pandemic and quickly resolved! The staff is very professional and personable!My boys and I love this litter and will never use any other!

I laughed when I saw the size of the bag that was delivered. I dont know who would think that a 6lb bag would fill an adequate sized litter box with 2 inches.The best litter box is a 64 litre clear, plastic storage bin (no joke); its large enough for the cat to move around, high enough that litter doesnt go everywhere when they hop out and clear so they can see whats around them. Most cat things are designed for the person, not the cat. This 6lb bag wouldnt come close to a 2 inch height.The litter I use now, I can buy a 14lb bag for the same price that lasts longer than a month since it covers 2 inches w/ litter to spare. With Pretty Litter Id need 3 bags per month (1 cat, 2 boxes) thats more than triple what Im paying now. Im not poor, but Im not spending that on any cat, even myself if I were one.Is it nice they have this health indicator color alert? Yes. But anyone who spends any time with their cat would be able to tell if there was something not right even though they hide it well. And if you clean your place regularly any dust that might go about can easily be rectified.My cat did love the toy that came with the first bag. Ill give them that. Hes a bit finicky.

I was told my order would take up to eight days. Let’s say 10 to be generous. It’s been over three weeks and my order still has not been shipped but they still have my money. Customer service is nice but they are not helping. Three weeks is a very long time.

This is the best kitty litter ever! Always on time and very accommodating. Customer service is outstanding. A little pricey but so is flavored coffee! :)

I love this litter. Weve been through every possible litter out there and NONE of them worked as claimed. PRETTY LITTER is amazing and its true with everything they claim it to be. I will never buy another litter unless Im on hard times and cant afford it. It costs more than the others...but so WORTH IT!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Pretty Litter. It’s the best cat litter I’ve ever used. My cat seems to really like it as well. There’s NO odor and that’s very important to me ! A bag lasts a whole month which is a bonus for me . I have one of the shaker litter pans and it’s very easy to shake and dump when it needs changing. It doesn’t use a lot either like the self-clumping kind. I highly recommend Pretty Litter !!!

I have been with Pretty Litter for some time, I adopted an older cat of 10 years old at 20lbs. Of course his health needs monitoring since hes a senior. The litter overall has been great for monitoring that but when I had a package stolen, their customer service was very prompt in sending me another package and discussed future plans for if it gets stolen again. Great company and a great product.

I order two bags of Pretty litter and one of their food brands on 08-01-2021. Is time that I have not received my order!!! Of course they already charged me the $60 dollars and the only thing they have done is sending me emails saying they will send a message to their Wearhouse to expedite my order. One month almost!! And they also sending promotions for a fast delivery under an additional charge!I received a text asking me if I want to be charge already for the following order!? When I have not received my original first order.This is very unprofessional! I started a text communication asking to talk to a manager and I was also ignored!Unacceptable and poor customer service and unreliable!

Love this product! As you all know, odor is a big issue with cats! Using Pretty Litter has made it practically nonexistent! My cat, Nova, will attest to that also! Also, cost is another factor. Pretty Litter has allowed us as pet parents to monitor our cat Roscoes urine. It has been accurate as well. Its a little subjective in that someone can read the color incorrectly. Some colors are real close to each other in the hue.It sticks to our cats feet & that is an issue that needs to be resolved. Its excellent in the removal of the urine & odor. First time in 5 years of trying every brand of litter that truly eliminated the urine & odor! Thank you for creating this product which truly has saved our babys life! He had a urinary track infection which is common but can be deadly for male cats.

I absolutely love using pretty litter. The customer service is great. There was a couple times where my Order ran late and I was sent a free bag of litter to tide my 2 kitties over. I love that I can connect via text message so I don’t miss out on any information updates just in case I miss it in my emails. I definitely recommend pretty litter to anyone who has kitties. I wish my little dog would use the litter box too..lol

At first this seems expensive compared to other cat litter. But a bag lasts a long time depending on how many cats you have. It never smells, its very light weight, my cat loves it and because he is old we have the added bonus of monitoring his health. Just try it. Youll see!

I just love this litter my cat loves it it’s not all over the bathroom floor. To me the cost is what I would have paid double for in regular litter it’s delivered right to my house I don’t have to go to the store and carry a heavy container of litter. I highly recommend this product it smells good when my cat goes it hides the odor quite well.

I love love love Pretty Litter. No odor and so easy to scoop! The litter turned blue so I took my cat to the vet. The vet was also very impressed with the litter. I recommend it to everyone thats tired of a stinky litterbox. Only drawback is it gets in the hair on their feet and they track it for about five feet outside the box. No mat of any type has helped. I can deal with that as long as it dont stink. Best product Ive used so far! ❤️

Pretty Litter is a game-changer for me! I have 4 cats, so the litter I use is important. It’s important that it controls odor, is easy to scoop, doesn’t track outside the box, and is easy to scoop. Pretty Litter checks off all those boxes. I am sooo happy I discovered them. So are my cats!

This litter is the best. I had a elderly cat that was long haired and had problems grooming this litter didn’t stick to her fur whereas clumping litter attached itself to her fur and it was like cement. I thought at first it might be too expensive but the urine evaporated and the fecal matter dried and very easy to scoop. I changed it about 3 weeks the first time but the second time 4 weeks and no odor. So much easier for both of us.

Great litter. Easy to use and my cats love it. I have three cats and three litter boxes. As long as they are kept clean! The litter can last longer than other litters. The cat food is great also.

Well I enjoyed not having to scoop urine clumps like I do with regular clay litter. I find that pretty litter does not last as long as I would hope and does not control odor very well either.It also creates a micro dust that gets on everything, so I worry about what that’s doing to my lungs and especially my cats lungs.The crystals that make up the litter track everywhere! I have even found them in my bed sheets, on the couch, the rug the hardwood floors there is no end to where the stuff will travel!Lastly I worry about it getting stuck in the paws since it tracks so far and them ingesting it when grooming. Surely this cannot be good.You need to work on your product a little more or change the way you advertise it, particularly to multi cat families. That stuff is a nightmare.Nice in theory, not so nice to live with.

Pretty Litter is the best litter I have ever used. It is clean and dry. Removing the solid waste is a breeze ! There is no odor as long as you stir it well each day. My cat took to it very well. I can’t say enough positive things about Pretty Litter?

The worst customer service!! Had open a second account since they closed my first account. They claim to process your order in 3-5 days on one web page and in another says 24 to 48 hours. Which is it?? Which is long to begin with for processing. What take so long ?? Making it from scratch for each order? We placed an order over a week ago!! Now after further research we discover this pretty litter is over priced for small 5lb bags. No follow up email no UPDATES!! Canceling OUT these scammers and going with Fresh Step crystals. Cheaper and bigger bags at 8lbs!! Read carefully their polices, they will keep on charging your account over and over!Just do your self and save your money and go to locate pet store and Fresh steep or other crystal litter. Pretty Litter is pretty lame !!

This litter is very effective. My cat immediately preferred it to any other litter, and it helped me to correct his diet and keep an eye on his stress level. Also, the absorbancy prevents odor problems very well without bothering my perfume allergies.As with any litter, you will want a mat for litter that escapes the box if your cat likes to dig. Its particularly important for this because the crystals can be sharp against bare human feet if you have a hardwood floor.Certainly much easier to sweep up than traditional litter though!

I can not give a good review because the time we got our PrettyLitter we started letting our cat outside. He loves being outside so now we dont need the litter box anymore. If she comes inside all he does is sleep. I was so excited about getting my PrettyLitter but now I have 2 bags of it that has never been opened. But I ordered the food and he ate it up. So not all is loss.

Pretty Litter is the best litter ever! I prefer the original non clumping type. The clumping is awful!! Uses up the litter fast, like 2-3 weeks. The original lasts 30+ days! The people are great! If theres a problem, they fix it quickly & notify you about it. Which you can reply, or chat.

Iv had cats all my life and the main problem was the Litter! Im just in my glory now that pretty kitty came out. When I saw the ad, I immediately ordered for my new kitty Mia. This Litter is the best thing that has happened in soo many ways. My home doesnt smell and no matter what type of litter you buy if someone says their home smells good. Thats a lye. Pretty Litters Customer Service is the best! My issue was taking care of in minutes. What a nice change from other companies.

Customer service cannot keep up with demand. Weve been extremely patient, knowing that COVID-19 has really had a major impact on company processes. But waiting over a month to process a return is really inconvenient. We purchased a few months worth of the litter with a referral code. We were very unhappy with the smell of the product after 1 week and 2 cats. Customer chat takes hours, being on hold also takes hours, so we opted for text SMS support. Now, the product may have worked had we had a place, other than a bathroom, to put the litter. They suggest a dry, cool place. We were sad it didnt work for our cats but opted to take advantage of the 30 day guarantee and process a return. Its been almost 4 weeks since we processed the return and we have yet to receive a shipping label. Weve attempted followup conversations via text. We experience lots of pauses between messages and sometimes no reply. One day I was on hold for 40 minutes only to be disconnected at 5pm(end of business hours). The product may work for many cat families. And thats great because of the health monitoring. With the massive PR, being in large retail stores like Target, they should really invest in a better and more supportive customer service platform. They sell to more customers they can keep up with. If you want people to refer their friends, have a staffed and capable customer service department.

At first I was thinking how can a 4lb bag last one cat a month. It is correct! One cat took to Pretty Litter right away the other one took 3 weeks with mixing tidy cat litter with it. I was amazed to see my cats urine was in the normal range and how the urine dissolved. Its much softer on their paws and it does track the litter out of the boxes but much softer on our feet as well! Im thrilled with this litter and customer service is awesome at quickly replying to my emails and autoship questions.I have Litter Robot 3 litter boxes (which only holds half bag of this litter at a time) and this litter works great in it which I totally empty every 2 weeks, clean them and replace with clean litter. With automatic litter boxes and multiple cats youll have to check more frequently their urine status after each cat uses the box. This litter does mask the poop by taking out the moisture quickly.I recently had to euthanize a cat who came down with diabetes but there was an underlying issue where he was crying in pain when he would urinate or poop it was horrible! This litter would have let me know a lot sooner about his problems. I would highly recommend this litter to anyone since it really works. Yes its costly but it could have caught my other cats problems a lot sooner.Yes Im very happy with this litter!

This company took care of my needs. I had a concern about running out of my litter and Amanda customer service representative took care of it for me. My cats love this litter. Scooping out the litter box is so much more pleasant believe it or not because nothing is clumping nothing smells it is a pleasure to walk into the house and not have my house smell like a kennel. I have eight rescue animals in my house and sometimes when they all go to the bathroom it can be a little smelly.I absolutely love this litter. I love the PrettyLitter but my cats dont like the food. So the food order, hopefully, was removed and will not arrive with my next shipment.

I had just received my first order and had not started using when my 19 year old kitty suddenly became ill, she passed away at the emergency vets. When I contacted Pretty Litter to request a cancellation of my subscription the agent recognized how upset I was and quickly assured me everything was taken care of and I was being given a full refund. I then asked how to return the product and was told to give to a friend or donate to any animal facility in my area.

Im very pleased with the Pretty Litter family and their litter. I have been buying Pretty Litter from them for months now and I must say its the best kitty litter on the market. Buying it directly from company last longer than the bag from Target. I have tried that bag 2 times and both times it really didnt last for 2 months like it said on the bag. Those bags cost $25 for 8 lbs. versus the (2) 6 lbs. bags for $40. Ive tried every litter on the market and Pretty Litter is the best Ive ever used.

My kitty absolutely loves pretty litter. She will come in from outside to use her litter. So easy to keep up. But would suggest a top open litter box because she really likes the texture and it does track a little. But with an open top no issues. Ordering anything online can be frustrating when there is a problem, I ordered three month supply of the kitty litter and a bag of food. A couple of toys were supposed to be shipped free. The order showed up missing a bag of the kitty litter and no toys. I emailed the company and my missing items shipped out within a couple of days. Great job! It was exciting to see the green in the kitty litter and my cat loves the food!!

Why 5 stars even though Pretty Litter wasnt for us? There are some amazing things about this product, but it just wasnt for us. I would recommend Pretty Litter to anyone with interest, because if it works for you, you are going to love it. You only have to replace the litter once every 3-4 weeks which is fantastic, but what Im really here to talk about is the fantastic customer service. I never had to wait for an answer, everyone was particularly polite and did everything in their power to keep us happy. This product is very much worth a try, I actually wished it had worked out for us. I dont want to say anything negative about the product here because I dont want to influence your own judgement.

I have a small rescue cat. I dont really know how old Jeeves is but at least 6-8 years. Lately he has taken to eating too many snacks and not his nutritious food. I decided to change over to no treats but to put Pretty food in his treat bowl. This has worked!! Chloe, the PrettyLitter advisor, is helping me figure out how often to have the food and litter delivered. She is soooo helpful. Thanks!!!

The color changing eliminates my anxiousness about the health of my 18 y/o cat. Its much cleaner than other litters and lasts a pretty long time. I had a shipping issue and I reached out to them and they were so great and sent me a complimentary litter bag. I was impressed with this service.

I bought the pretty litter almost a month ago. TODAY I went to clean her litter box there was dust floating everywhere . I thought pretty litter said dust free. Does that last for only a month. Other than that great odor control and my cat seems to like it.

I love PrettyLitter. I first found it when I was looking for something to help me track if my cat was having urinary issues. She had been diagnosed with one and I was afraid she may be prone to them in the future 1 bag really does last a full 30 days.

I have four cats and we use pretty litter because it doesnt clump up and make a huge cement mess in the litter box. It dehydrates the mess so that its small to deal with. Makes it ideal to scoop out and clean. It turned green once when our cat was having a problem. I took them to the vet and we got the problem fixed right away. We love pretty litter.

I don’t know who needs to hear this anymore then from what your friends have been telling you, but this has been one of the greatest leaders ever do to my cat having a PU done in the beginning of Covid. It has tracked very early UTI and urinary problems by detecting the pH in balance in my kitties urine. If you haven’t been already a part of pretty litter, I would definitely suggest sticking your foot in the door and try and get for at least a month because once you see the results and how cool it is, you will not be disappointed and trust me you will not go to any other litter provider ever. They also have monthly or by monthly delivery services so that you don’t even have to worry it’ll just show up at your front door and if you have any problems they were handle it with empathy and professionalism.
