I had a number of problems with my computers. I took them to a computer store and after spending an hour on them was told by the technician that I would be better off buying new computers. So then I had my neighbor who knows everything about computers look at them and he just made one of them worse and could not figure out the other one. Then I decided to use one of the online remote companies and I am so glad I did. Not only did the tech there Jeremiah fix things in short order, he also showed me how some of the problems were happening and how to prevent them from happening again.
