He avoids business speak and buzzwords, and will not BS you into buying things you dont need.Arnie will treat you as a business partner and not just as a client. His goal is to turn you into a bigger client and increase your business so you both make money.Arnie also knows his industry inside and out and helped us avoid many pitfalls and problems that came up as we scaled to a larger company. We would have never been able to handle all the server issues, bandwidth issues, and security issues without wasting lots of time and money figuring it out ourselves and hiring our own people.Ive watched most of my friends projects crash and burn due to technology and design issues that weve avoided by sticking with info2.If you have a real business idea, and want a strategic partner, info2 is the best Ive seen in the Los Angeles Area.My only complaint is that they do not have an office in Silicon Valley where we are now based.

I know almost nothing about computers beyond using emails and going towebsites and simple things like that. I recently moved and when Ireconnected my printer to my computer, it just wouldnt print. Myfriend told me she had used these people after she and her husband hadtheir whole house hooked up with a bunch of fancy systems and thenthey all stopped working properly, so I called them. The gentleman Ispoke to walked me through what I should do, step by step and within afew minutes I was able to print again without any trouble. I guess Ihad settings that were changed or something. Good thing I’m good atusing the phone, at least!

I2X was recommended to me be a colleague from another company when Imentioned networking issues between the various floors of our company.Their techs solved that issue in about two hours, and then went on togive us a comprehensive assessment of how we could improve our wholecompany’s use of technology. I was just casually talking to one of thegentleman from I2X (I work in HR here) after they had finishedrerouting some of the network, and he began telling me some of theissues they had noticed. I had to stop him and grab our COO so hecould listen, too, and before long we were making a plan to totallychange the way the office building is set up. For a pretty great pricefrom what I can tell based on some comparison shopping, these guys arepretty much going to make our computers run twice as fast and yet useless storage space (and even electricity!) by setting up a remotenetwork and data storage center. And also, if we lose power now? Wecan keep right on working at full speed on laptops and tablets andsuch because all our network and data and the like is now “cloudbased” thanks to I2X. At first, honestly, I had the impression thetech was just trying to sell me stuff as he began pointing things outthat we were doing wrong, but the more I started paying attention, themore I was like “yeah, actually that just makes sense!” One bad crashand we would have lost almost three years of client data, internalrecords, everything from our AP files to our lists of contactinformation, but now it’s all offsite, backed up daily, secured byfirewalls and encryption and I don’t even know what all else, but I doknow that I2X charges us a really fair monthly fee for all theirservices, and the peace of mind comes along as a free bonus. Expertwork, really nice, clean cut workers, all good stuff from I2X!

I handle HR and IT and part of accounting and a whole mess of other things for a company here in the San Fernando Valley, and while we all love the place, we are also always about two or three pennies shy of the wheels falling off the whole operation! We use very outdated computers, and there are 10 or 12 of them all running off one server that likes to crash all the time. The server finally went down and it looked like we’d have to not only replace it, but finally upgrade all the hardware – every computer, the printers, the fax, everything – as it was all so old it wasn’t compatible anymore with any of the new stuff we’d have to upgrade to.Info2Extreme came up with a plan for us that saved a job, got us out of our IT nightmare, and also has the office running smoother and faster than ever! Long story short, they managed to extract all the data we needed from our compromised server and backup drives, and then they ported every bit of it onto external servers, onto the Cloud. Now we pay a small monthly fee and can rest assured our data is protected with multiple redundancies, and what’s more, now all of our employees can access any of the office’s files from anywhere, even using iPhones or personal laptops and the like! We’re going to save money on our electricity bills too which is nice, but best of all, the headache and guesswork and constantly waiting for another catastrophic collapse that comes with old hardware? Gone. Our data is backed up offsite on reliable, protected servers, and believe it or not, we can actually access all the files and data that are stored elsewhere (don’t ask me where – that’s outside my pay grade!) much faster than even when the old server was wheezing away right in the back room of our office.
