I used Qt solutions to private labeling clothing for my Boutique. They constantly shipped me damaged items and then refused to take my calls or answer questions about the items that belonged to me that are still in their possession. I told them I would no longer be using their services and now I haven’t received credit for the damages from my vendors because QT did not reach out and they still have the items. They hung up the phone on me and then stopped answering my calls. I called from a different number and they immediately picked up. Then proceeded to hang up and stop answering me again. All I wanted was an update on my items. This was extremely unprofessional on their end and I was quite appalled that this was gone they handled the situation. I STILL haven’t received a credit for the damaged items.

Great tailor, he can do it all. From alterations to samples, patterns, suits, dresses, custom pieces. He also has labeling, private labeling and packaging services, so a one stop shop. Whatever you have in mind, highly recommend.
