I really wish someone would drive their car straight through this place. Worst service ever! They take your information to scam you. I have never had to fill out a form with all my information just to cash a check. The man that “assisted” me told me that because I look like a good person that he was going to give me a “hint” to not ever come here because some employees take your information and “sell it” to scammers online. How can I get this place shut down?

These people are scamming the black communities their is no reason anyone cashing a check should have to fill out papers for a loan. They are making on expecting people fill out paperwork for a small loan in order to cash in the amount on a check they tell you it’s common practice but they are the only ones in the area that make me gay so there’s no need for anyone to fill out any paperwork for a loan to cast a check up any size they are scamming you getting your so security numbers and other information so they can make loans in your name to pay them off to make their company seems like they’re creating good loans and they’re not if you have cast a check here or have dealt with these people in the last six months to a year I would definitely get in contact with your financial advisor to look for financial fraud In the form of small loan amounts that you did not take out this place needs to be shut down it is destroying our communities credit

Horrible customer service! Service is always slow I would never recommend anyone to go there there is always only one or two employees at the window even when there is a line full of customers its ridiculous!

They are so rude, so slow and so degrading. You’re coming in for a service and they’re talking down to you. They are also extremely disrespectful! It’s unfortunate that you work so hard and still struggle to make ends meet and you have to deal with people like this.
