Tbh at first I thought no way they are not gonna cash my check it was a large amount. They seemed to be very picky. However, I soon realized they where just doing their job. In the end they did cash my check and they were very professional and friendly . They made me feel welcomed and like I was their number 1 priority. The entire staff work great together . I highly recommend them .. thanks guys

My experience had started bad I was trying to cash my check but they had to verify first. They took so long to verify the check, felt like the manager that first help me wasn’t even trying or wanted to verify. Because when I went back and asked she didn’t even know where she left the copy or made sense on why it wasn’t verify yet. Second manager came in, she was very professional, and so helpful she verify my check in 5 min gave me a discount for the wait I had to deal with. Thank you once again Teresita you did a great job! Couldn’t be more thankful, made my experience at PLS so much better from when I first went in.

Do not come here!!! The employees think they have authority to decide whether to give you money family sends by western union. I was told by 1 employee They will“ block” it if “ they feel” a person picks up currency often. People have family that’s in need especially in this pandemic 😷. Waited with 13 people in front of me just to deny my check cashing because it was a personal check. Im sure they didnt have the time to verify the check. They should post a sign that reads they dont cash personal checks .. annoyed

I went in yesterday after trying to cash my check all weekend long went to several different places and all they kept telling me was my check was fake didn’t bother to verify or nothing so I decide to give it another shot before I went back to my job and tell them what’s going on so I stopped by pls was welcomed in and helped by Josie I handed her my check and I kind of gave her attitude out of frustration but she didn’t let that get to her she kept talking to me telling me she understood and would do the best she can to help me out took my check told me to give her a few min in less then 6 min she was able to cash my check I was amazed she took the time to even try while every other place just looked at it and said it was fake I really appreciate her time and her customer service she even helped sign me up with direct deposite so I wouldn’t have to go thru this probably anymore thanks a lot PLS for hiring such great employees I will continue to do business here

I went there recently and I’m disappointed that they made me wait out side after 8pm they don’t have security outside. Yet they let people who had no business transactions come inside and wait around.I was told as soon as someone leaves I would be able to go inside. Some guy left so I walked in and I was told to wait outside again.

Ive come to PLS many times to cash my check. The first time took a little while because they have to verify the employeer but after that everytime you come in should take no longer than 5 minutes to get your checks cashed.One major problem with this place is the lines. Ive waited up to 15 minutes just to get up to a window even though they have like 6 or 7 windows. Usually theres only 3 open at BEST. Highly recommend you come at night if you come at noon on payday? Expect to sit in line waiting.

Take a star off for intentionally not offering Wi-Fi and power outlets reachable by customers as consumer does expect business establishments offer free Wi-Fi and power outlets since smartphone became indispensable.  Not to mention it costs business virtually nothing to provide such service.

I never have any problems cashing checks . Everyone is nice to me no one has been rude to me ever .

For your own benefit, dont conduct any type of business here. Lousy customer service and unhappy employees. They are Western Union agents and always have issues wiring and paying out money.I highly encourage you to visit the Su Casa De Cambio check cashing location on the counter corner beside the CVS Pharmacy instead.PLS charges an arm and a leg to cash a check.

The employees at this location are EXTREMELY RUDE. They act the same way as the people at the DMV. They think they have a superior authority over you and speak in a herrassing way. Do not come to this place.

Every time I go the store manager and assistant manager come threw when it comes to cashing my check. Ever need assistant they alway attend difficult situations with manners.

Ive never had a problem while sending or receiving money through western union, but just about every time ive been here I get to see someone else arguing with one of the employees about something or other.

Im guessing the women who work at night got hired by a friend or something, because nobody knows what theyre doing. Rude and very unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend coming here. 😊
