An futuristic co-working space. I love that there hours are 8:30am-5:30pm.. that way you have a time limit and can have a life after work. I do wish they had better quality furniture.

Public tours are on Fridays starting at 12:00 and ending at 1:00PM. The entire facility is built with advanced technology which looks like a perfect environment for innovative people to gather and collaborate on new technology for our future. Part of the building is used by Los Angeles Department of Water and Power. Their exhibits that are not too impressive considering the technology that’s available. But the rest of the facility is very impressive. The purpose of the tour is to give a general overview of the entire facility. If you have technical questions you would need to contact the staff through another means. The tour could be improved if they would show more examples or photos of the products being developed here. If you like clean air technology I’d highly recommend this tour. There’s also a lot of great opportunities for lunch within a few blocks. And don’t forget to reserve your spot on the tour from the website in advance.

This is an absolutely amazing facility full of passionate, dedicated and lovable people... and thats just the folks running the place. As for the other inhabitants, theyre all incredibly driven entrepreneurs with a passion for people and our planet. Theyre busy creating a cleaner, smarter, more sustainable planet and future for all of us earthly residents.

Wonderful coworking environment for LA startups

I interned here over summer and had an amazing time.i love the open working spaces with natural lighting and the old brick and wood feel while being very technologically advanced. The building is LEED Platinum certified with state of the art sustainability mechanisms. It also has the Advanced Prototypiing Center where anyone can get access to and training for an array of labs for a relatively small fee.

Great place for startups.I attended Env Defense Fund alumni gathering. Variety of new startups working to solve issues ranging from energy, water and transportation.Close to arts district breweries and other nice restaurants.Not close to public transportation.Can take metro rail and combine it with Uber/ Lyft.I would encourage students from colleges and univs to visit this place, if you are interested in clean-tech space.
