I bought a Outlander GT 2014 and the sales and finance team over charge me. When I ask why you lie to me their response was sorry you sign the contract. It is fraudulent transaction. I am extremely unhappy customers. The corporate office also refuse to help it is a joke very bad customer service. There is nothing they offer I can not believe how car sales man and dealer finance rip customers off.I do not think Mitsubishi have customer service department, who can really can help customers. I would not buy Mitsubishi vehicle because of worse customer experience I had.
Dont buy a mitsubishi. Their customer service is terrible and their transmissions have catostraphic issues by 30000 miles. Not durable. This is the only mitsubishi i will ever own.
