Anaise Vasquez is my escrow officer on a transaction that didnt go through and she wants to charge me the entire escrow fee. I have had many escrows that closed with other escrow companies and i had no problem at all paying the fees but if a deal goes sour u DONT charge a full fee!!! Be aware of this company and on top of them being thieves they never respond to any phone calls, voice mails ett !! I am reporting you for stealing my money as i dont want this to happen to others!!!!
