I thank god for him! he was speedy & responsive kept calling the jail I was being held at to make sure I was good to go (waiting for doj) to clear my finder prints he helped me get out of there within no time im very appreciative of him he got me out and was willing to work with my payment thank god for him amen

Wesley gave us helpful and great information during a time of need. The same CANNOT BE SAID ABOUT Benjamin. He was in such a hurry for us to leave and get out. Quickly and hastily answered our questions in a way, where we knew he wasnt there to help us. Sadly.

Ive been using aladdin for about seven years. I referred about five my friends, I even drove three of them there because I wanted aladdin to get the business. They really work with you, they have a very lifted personality. Recently, when I drove my friend there to sign in, I noticed it was all females, what happen to the three wonderful men? No offense, but the women were more a bit tart. Acting like big security mafiosos..door locked, and when u knock, they tell at you to wait, a little rude( Sharon) but got business tooken care of, they fldid their job at best performance, but they didnt give me the same sense as where ilon they deserve my loyalty .......

First time bailing someone out. The staff @ the DTLA branch were helpful & patient with me. Theyre very flexible about payment options. Wesley had been helping me with my friends court / bail situation. Its not as difficult a process and one may think, but the codes and procedures might make it seem a bit confusing

The beautiful girl in the front is very nice and sweet and made this process easy and had all the paperwork ready when i arrived. She also informed me i was eligible for a 20% discount on my bail! I was probably there for 10 minutes max, but would not have minded if i i had stayed longer lol. Awesome customer service from the entire staff

Unfortunately for me I have had the opportunity to use bail bondsman on several occasions Aladdin has always been there and has trusted me as much as I have trusted them not only do I suggest Aladdin if you need a bail bondsman but I urge you understand as Aladdin does understand their prices are competitive and their heart is in the right place

These people are untrustworthy, they tell lies to get your money and this is why the new law was change for people to be able to get out of jail without having to use a bail bonds company. Very untruthful.

I came in completely inexperienced, I had no clue what I was doing, however Benjamin guided me through the entire process so clearly and the front desk lady I spoke to, Fabiola, was absolutely amazing.I came in expecting to be tossed around because I didnt know anything, but everyone was so understanding, patient, and very helpful.

They are the best bailbonds you can find in whole los Angeles area. Not only do they work quickly & accurate, they are also one of the few who charge you only 7% instead of 10%! As long as u show prove of income, you dont have to worry too much about having not so good credit! The staff at the one in downtown LA is very friendly and understanding.

Excellent service

This place was not what i wanted to deal with at all. they claimed that my bail was going to be 500 up front and i paid them, then out of no where there like you need another 300 and i didnt have enough. I had to call my credit card company and change the payment method wen i finally got out and it was a pain because these guys lied about the price for my release. Basically i dont trust these guys i would not suggest them to anyone i know.
