William is one of the best in W. Los Angeles. He is straight forward, wont try to beat you, his prices are amazing, and the work is awesome. He installed a water pump on my BMW, and other services for my two other cars of mine. He is also very speedy with the repairs. I HIGHLY recommend this shop.
