Don’s auto repair is a great place to take your vehicle. I found them online due to the mostly positive reviews made an appointment for my car VW Touareg and my daughters vehicle A Jeep Wrangler, just need an oil change and tires for my car. I found them to be very professional, and efficient. They were honest about our tires and whether they needed replacement. I know a bit about cars and would recommend them to a friend. They are very reasonable with their pricing.

They’re amazing! Unfortunately I bought a used car with a lot of issues, and took it to a bunch of terrible shops until I found Don’s. I’ve been to so many other mechanics who tried to oversell me on stuff or take advantage of me knowing very little about cars, and nothing like that ever happens here. I come here a lot and they’re always super fast and give me rides to and from the shop. They’re also really nice and take time to explain in detail what’s going on with your car, and why. Definitely recommend!

This is a great place of business. Chris and his colleagues are friendly and professional. Routine oil changes here are a breeze, from booking an appointment to the quality and timeliness of the labor. I never feel pressured to do anything with my vehicle I’m not comfortable with. Chris has taken the time to discuss the technical side of maintenance with me and show me first hand the work they’ll be preforming. I honestly feel great giving Don’s my business.

Don’s Auto helped me out in a pinch. On my way back to Murrieta from a wedding in Westlake Village, I ran over a ladder in the carpool lane, which I was not able to avoid without causing an accident. When running through the ladder the driveshaft dampener separated from the rear driveshaft. I needed to drop the driveshaft to get the dampener off, but I did not have the tools to perform the task. I found Don’s through an internet search and headed over. Cars were stacked up in the parking lot and they were obviously busy. I talked to Chris at the counter, explained my situation and he said he would see if they could look. 10 minutes later they cleared a spot in their parking lot and started on my truck, which took them approximately 15 minutes to complete. I was on my way within in an hour of the incident.In addition, I went into the office to pay and Chris said there is no charge. I wanted to pay for their services, helping me out in a pinch and pled my case to let me pay. However, Chris insisted that the job didn’t take long, and they were happy to help me get back on the road.From my experience, Don’s is an honest, helpful, and ethical auto shop. This shop is a little gem in LA.

I have a 2007 Lexus 350 ES. For the last two years, Ive been taking my car to Dons Auto Repair to get serviced. The service is always great, and the mechanics and tech always have done an excellent job on my car. I highly recommend Dons Auto Repair to anyone who has a Toyota or Lexus. There prices are great, and you will get the same service that any Lexus/Toyota dealership will give you.

Dons Auto Repair CA are great mechanics. In one instance, they have gone at great lengths to obtain a small electric clamp from BMW SF that BMW would not sell otherwise. One repair took a couple of runs - but they were patient and thoughtful through the process.The wait time for an appointment has been about a week or so. Overall, the service, expectation management and communication are very good. Recommended.

Great place! I called cause I had trouble with my AC and check engine light coming on. They fit me in quickly, explained their fees, and called me later in the day with an update. Chris was helpful and honest and very fast!

Dyrness Automotive in my opinion is the best Automobile repair shop in Glendale, we have always been treated fairly and with great courtesy, extremely satisfied with the quality of work, you will never be desapointed or cheated at Dyrness, if you have any car problems is not other place to go but Dyrness & the best Crew .:)

They charge an arm and a leg to do the bare minimum. They do complete the work on time and make sure it is completed. Great communication. I typically take my vehicle to another vehicle shop but about 16 miles away from home. Their work is awesome. This time around I wanted to try a local shop. I went with this shop due to the reviews. Again all great services but definitely over priced for the work being done. They probably go above and beyond if you are a regular. For us first time customers expect to pay a lot.

Robert is one of the most helpful mechanics Ive ever had, hes always very prudent and fast with repairs Ive needed, always gets back to me within a couple of hours of calling. Robert is one of the few people I trust with getting repairs done to my car, quickly and at an extremely reasonable cost.

Booked my Honda Element in for a 100k mile service. Stacey and his team were courteous, I even forgot to hand over my keys and he sent a driver to come pick them up, and gave me upfront estimates for various scenarios. After inspection he explained to me thoroughly what would be done to my vehicle and why. I trust their opinion and am really glad I found a shop where my car and wallet are in safe hands.

Originally I had a good review but as I drove my car the next day after the repair I noticed a huge decline in my acceleration, and the car was just proforming poorly when I open the trunk I saw that they disconnected the piping from the air intake I took so they can change a fuel pump they shouldnt have been near thatOn top of that I have clips in my trunk that keep the back panel attached 6 out of the 7 clips are Missing the only thing holding the panel up was the clip that attaches to the topTrusting your mechanic is very important I have zero trust in these guys theyre trying to cause problems in my engine so I go back and pay more, and they lost parts of my car exteremly shady business watch out when you bring your car here they might screw with something else so you have to bring it back

Broke down on my to my sons water polo tournament in San Jose from San Diego. Two other shops wouldnt help too busy. Needed to replace the tensioner assembly and serpentine belt ASAP. 10 years in Highland Park and nothing but trouble trying to find a honest and qualified mechanic, only to find liars and idiotic mechanics - once had to redo the rack and pinion steering 3X (Abduls Automotive - Fig and Ave 50). Well so far I like what I got at Dons. Better price than what Google told me it would be - and done in 4 hours (WOW!). The way it was I thought I would have to pay double and lose the car for 3 days at least! If it stays the way I expect Chris and the guys will have a customer for as long as the California DMV allows me to drive!

I was going to a show at the Hi hat down the st when I ran out of oil and the guy at gave me a free quart of oil 😭 so kind and rlly saved me!!
