Honest, reasonably priced, and fast. Confident enough to come back. Owner told me whats wrong, showed me what I need and why. Also told me how much labor was going to cost, separate from the cost of parts which he showed me online. So no funny business.

My car was having every issue you could imagine! I was headed to work one day and ran across Villanueva Auto Repair in 2018. They were kind, patient, and fairly priced. With every issue, their price was always better than the competition! After a few repairs and the quality of service, I havent looked back since. They have become my go to guys any time I need assistance. Id recommend them to all!

Knowing this place since the late 90s, since the owner had a stroke, one of his sons who is in the Army took over, they do illegal gambling, he has his 75 year old father living in his garage while he travels, and I just cant deal taking his father in, they need to investigate this place!

My employee was in the company vehicle when the battery went out at one of our delivery stops. She was panicked trying to find somewhere to fix the vehicle and finish the route for the day. Somehow Villanueva Car shop happen to be nearby when the vehicle was stopped. They were so nice to her and extremely honest. They got her back on the road in a few hours. As a female, going to a car shop is intimidating but these guys were AMAZING. Our business is in the South Bay but based on just this experience alone, I will drive here to have all of our vehicles fixed in the future without a doubt. As a business owner, customer service is the one and only thing I care about in my business and anywhere else I do business and these guys are top notch and care about their customers.

First timer opinion: Did a fine job, might check out other places next time.Got my headlights smashed in an accident and wanted to get it fixed asap before the holidays. Came here because of the highly positive reviews and because its near my house.Pros: Kind. Gave me a ride home - they apparently do that for everybody. Transparent about the cost for parts and labor. Looked at multiple sources for parts.Why its 3 stars: I got charged 2x for parts on Sat, Dec 22 because everyone around was about to shut down for the holidays. He also estimated the work would take an hour and said hed call me when he was done. Several hours later I had to call to check in. Other people told me after that the holiday markup seems strange but I didnt bother getting quotes from anywhere else; I took his word for it because he was so transparent throughout the rest of the process, plus I wanted to get my car fixed same-day. It was an okay experience for me but up to your discretion if you have different expectations. Overall Id say if youre looking for a shop, they should go on your shortlist, but I need another visit and to check out some other places nearby before I go 5 stars.
