They werent very helpful. I cant get my engine light to cut off. He said to change the brand of gas. Did that. Engine light is still on! Dont waste your time going there. They cater to Asians.

They did a fantastic job servicing my import. Job was done in a timely manner, I also requested a brake service, rotors pads etc. The owner physically showed me that I still had plenty of brake pad life left and that it wasnt time to change my rotors. How freaking honest is that! Ill definitely be coming back to get service later on down the line!

If you are white please stay away, this person is clearly a racist.Responding to comment below:1) I was there at 12:30 and your employee told me that the owner was not there and should come back in an hour. I would never go at closing time to any business.2) I did not enter the repair area. I just learned towards it as I thought you could not hear me, at the time I could not process that you were just ignoring me. Even the other customer at the store was uncomfortable with your behavior.3) I kindly wanted to ask a question and when I told you can I ask a question? You turned around and left. Then I politely asked do you want me to come back on Monday? And without turning you said yes Monday. This is far from asking me to return during business hours as stated in your comment.In any case you may be the best mechanic in town and cudos if you are but such behavior is unacceptable and hopefully will reflect on your business. Very bad customer service. Called and asked about service was given a quote. When I got there I told the young son that I had called earlier and the first the he said was I don’t have time. I wanted to ask him and question only thing he said was can you move your car. I move my car and was waiting to talk to him he can up to my window and said I told you to move your car. I moved my car again waiting to talk to him again he said can you move your car I asked if I could ask him a question he turns around and said I am not gonna deal with you today come back Monday. The shop was better when his father ran it he is not a people person bad service. That is not how it happened and when I called you said you closed at 12. I was there a little after 10 and you was so rude. All the time you kept coming to ask me to move my car you could have answered the question I was trying to ask you but to say I don’t wanna deal with you today is really unprofessional. You are running the neighborhood away from you business.

Poor customer service since the younger guy took over. Every time I come he never comes to the car or ask if I needed any sort of help when I walk up. This type of service should haven any shop when helping others and your getting paid for it. Don’t come here.

The only mechanic I trust. They never upsell nor overcharge. Work is top-notch. They take pride in their work and it shows.They dont advertise it, but they work on motorcycles too!

I went to the chevy dealership to get my oil pressure sensor replaced and those guys asked for $500+ for the replacement without the part! I was like NOPE!! I then proceeded to find another repair shop that could do the job for a better deal. I came across pro auto repair and the experience was quick and easy. I also got my oil changed with no problems. In fact, my car seems to drive smoother. Everytime I come to this repair shop it doesnt take long for the mechanics to diagnose the problem and fix it. They are experienced, informative and cheap. Therefore I am definitely returning for any future repairs or oil changes. I will also recommend my family and friends. 😁😁 Thanks!

I recently got my father-in-laws 2003 Mercedes Coupe, he was worried about giving it to me as the dealer said it needed over $3000 worth of work, if not more. I took it to Pro Auto Repairs (one of the few opened Christmas week). Pro Auto Repairs did a thorough inspection, found a few other small things and came back with a quote of less than half the price the dealer quoted. More importantly, he carefully explained all the issues and costs - something the dealer refused to do. The work was great and the car runs smoothly.

The guy Paul is a master of his craft. Ive taken my car there to get shorty headers installed, and an x-pipe. Both were taken in seperate times and both always worked on quickly and EFFICIENTLY. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ALL!

The Acura dealer quoted me $350 for my brake pads. Went here and they did it for $85. The dealer told me they would do my transmission fluids for $130. Pro Auto Repair told me I dont need it until 80 thousand miles??? Im NEVER GOING anywhere else again. I bring them a dozen doughnuts EVERYTIME I go there.

Paul does not diagnos the problem with ur car professionally correct... He goes off the top of his head and does not double check... I cam to get my breaks and totters changed because they squicked really loud .. Brought to him and two sets of brand new breaks and two weeks later breaks sound exactly the same and tells me his work doesnt have a warranty .. My car had another problem and he took a glance and told me its my alternator asked if he could do a diagnostic ... He wouldnt do it said it wouldnt show me the problem because at that moment the lights werent on... Then gives me attitude and ignores me when I asked if there was any other way to check it... So I leave at the end of it all I payed 140$ on a rental and afterbwaisting the last bit of work my cer could push its self ... It cuts off on they way to another shop that does a diagnostic and finds that its just a spark plug is blown... 10$ verses the 250$ Paul was trying to charge me. Like why bro???? Stressful tried to play me ... Dont trust them not honest
