Took my truck in for an oil leak “Juan” told me to leave it over night as they had to really get to the root of the problem. Picked it up the next day, the following morning had oil stains on my driveway. Took it back now the same guy doesn’t remember me or the truck. He got some memory back when I showed him the $600+ bill he gave me. Very bad attitude. Bad service. Very expensive. Bad quality. Seems like if you don’t know these guys personally they won’t help or give you quality work. Avoid my headache and cost. They do not honor there “warranties”

Went there because my auto repair told me Mayo specializes in fixing transmission. Mayo originally quoted me $2,200 then the price went down to $1,800 on the day I was suppose to pick up. I paid and was on my way back home when the transmission broke down again. DO NOT go to this place. The entire business is based on scamming customers.

Went to change out a hose i had bought the part myself it took them over 5+ hrs to just look at it and they didnt even put it on right the clamps weren’t sufficiently tightened and to top it all off they charged me 2x what the original quote… just go to another mechanic they barely know what they are doing

Got a pair of used tires. Service was really quick and Tires are great. Came back the next day’s, because the tires were unbalanced and made noise on the freeway. They only took one tire down and took it apart and put it together. No balancing was happening. I left again and looked for another place, where they really service the tires.

Worst mechanic spot. They may seem cool but they’re unprofessional and don’t know what they are doing. Came in for a free diagnostic and they removed my axel two days later it fell off while I was driving. Could’ve been worse. These guys do not know what they’re doing. Would never ever trust them with my car. Look for a better spot instead.

Hector the first person that saw once I greeted him ignored me. I didn’t come off as an a-hole and I was ignored. Another gentleman came up and then after that, they both started helping. About $40 for a used tire. I wouldn’t go back.

Because he could hear the problem he chalk it off as non existence went to commerce they found the problem and repaired

This is a long time shop, here in this neighborhood. They have served our Honda/Nissan/Chevy, faithfully. They are patient with my elderly Mom and given her honest diagnosis. Thanks, guys!

Swindlers. Hands down. They’ll change their quote on you after doing the work on your vehicle, and since the majority of them only speak broken English it’s hard to get straight answers on things as well. I’ve gone to them multiple times meaning I’ve given them multiple chances to prove my initial opinion of them wrong, but time and time again they prove to be the kind of mechanics we’re all taught to be cautious of - they want money and consistent work. I feel absolutely robbed, so PLEASE take your business elsewhere, save yourself the time and money and damage to your vehicle.ALSO they parked my car down the street from their location and left the doors UNLOCKED, and there are leaves and dirt everywhere inside.

Great honest and affordable mechanics. Mayos helped me fix a problem that Firestone charged me for but didnt fix. It was fixed right.
