Their weakest attribute is answering the phone. They tend to hang up on you after approximately 10 to 15 seconds. Regardless, their mechanic service is 5 stars. They were quick to service my car, gave me a detailed run down, gave exceptional hospitality, and fixed everything wrong with my car, which was a lot. Their price cannot be matched; it was quite unbelievable how inexpensive my bill was, especially since my car now runs smoother than when I first brought it to Dyno. I highly recommend bringing your car problems here.

Very pleasant experience. I finally found a mechanic that I can trust and highly recommend to others. The owner, Mr. Lee is very nice. Quick service, very reasonable price. A friend of mine with similar great experience referred me to Dyno Auto repair.

My regular auto repair shop was close, and I was looking online for someone trustworthy, reliable, and affordable. I needed an immediate check up, so after doing extensive online research I found Dyno and I have an amazing experience.He took a look at my car immediately, and while I was waiting, a nice lady was waiting for her car as well, and she mentioned to me that she have been bringing her car there for 10 years and wouldnt trust anyone else with her car.This was my experience and feeling as well. Very nice, explaining everything, got the cost upfront, no surprises, and got my car back within 2 hours.If you are looking for a honest, trustworthy auto repair, this is definitely the place!

Waste of time. I went after work and since Google shows they close at 5:30pm and Lee said they close at 4:30pm and said to come another time and did not even try to help at all. We go back on a Saturday at 1pm and they tell us the mechanic left and to bring it back Monday. When we asked about the issue for the car the guy was annoyed and complaining so we just left. Dont waste your time and money

I have an older car that not all places can do a smog check for so I have to call each place I intend to take my car to. I had to call this place twice, they hung up on me before I could even ask one question. When I do finally speak to someone, I barely get a few words out when the guy that answered said it would cost $49. I ask him $49 for a Honda Civic? And he said yes. I take my car there and the receptionist says they cant do it cuz it might damage their system and refers me to another place which I call ahead. Same thing happens. Terrible customer service. Dont bring your car here if you have an older vehicle.

Owner of this shop is very honest and never recommend unnecessary replacement. Also, the price of oil change here is quite the same as the best deals at Groupon. So you can enjoy the benefit of Everyday Low Price here. However I do not recommend to visit here Saturday morning coz you would probably have to wait for a long time. If you visit during weekend, Saturday afternoon would be better (close on Sundays)

Listen.I received a small scratch on my car I just couldnt get out, which for anyone else, they wouldnt care, but it didnt belong to me and I was freaking out.So, I go in to get an estimate or advice. They couldve swindled me, fooled me, overcharged me, etc. like so many other autoshops would.What did the man do? He whips out a spray and rag, showed me that it was just a paintstain from the other vehicle, and promptly wipes it off, laughing and assuring me not to worry.No charge, no gimmick, no strings attached. Just pure kindness and humanity. I cant speak on the service or workmanship, because I obviously didnt get any work done. But, I hope this little anecdote speaks volumes about the type of business they run and the integrity of the people there.-A grateful tourist.

Honesty, honest...Most of the mechanics in LA Korea town are talented and honest.This is especially good and honest.A few years ago I moved from the 6th Street and Chateau to now the Olympics and Hoover, and I followed.They dont even ask you to do something unnecessarily expensive, and if you ask any questions about your car, they kindly give a reasonable answer.
