I would recommend Westwood Auto over any other auto body shop. I received 3 quotes and Kenny was by far the cheapest for what I needed done with my car. He was professional informative and fantastic. He texted me throughout the whole process and delivered exactly when he said he would. He also threw in a free detailing which made my car look brand new. If you need to get a dent, scratches anything related Kenny is your guy.

The absolute BEST auto body shop in Los Angeles! They fixed my new Mercedes back to its pristine, new condition perfectly. All the work was done on time. The staff is super friendly and professional. I would never take my car anywhere else!

Kenny and his team are the greatest, seriously. The first time I went to Westwood Auto was 3 years ago because of a nasty scratch alongside the rear passenger area above my tire. Id spent most of the weekend going around to different body shops for quotes - one shop about a half block away quoted me over $700, saying my bumper would need to be removed in order to repair. I quickly left, making my way to Kenny who not only quoted me a price drastically lower but also told me to grab a coffee from Starbucks across the street and by the time Id make it back my car would be ready ...he did not disappoint. I was so grateful!!Fast forward three years to last week - Im thanking Kenny for his and the teams services on my newer car, which needed a fog light and grill replacement. Again, the repair was completed in the amount of time promised, and his price was unbelievably reasonable for the amount of work that had to be completed. I appreciate the way Kenny does business because hes not money-hungry and although his team mainly services luxury vehicles, the quotes are still reasonable for the quality of work. I have recommended this shop, and will continue to recommend this shop to any and every who needs any mechanical or body work done. Dont waste your time getting quotes elsewhere, come to him first.

Worst car repair ever. I brought a car with broken window lifter, for 3 days they were saying: we will fix it tomorrow. On a third day I took my car, with two!! broken windows lifters. *Facepalm*

Really, the greatest. Reliable, very honest, tells it like it is, doesnt look to create more work, sensitive to pricing and very communicative. Very happy I found Kenny and his whole team - this is the place to bring your German car to get taken care of top to bottom, inside and out. He takes care of us like he would his own family (whom he loves). They are very busy so they will not be able to turn your car around in a few hours (if more serious issues to address, count on some days), however they will make sure to get the job done efficiently, at competitive pricing and correct. I admit I often use check reviews and recommendations for services that I need using google but I rarely write any reviews. My experience with Westwood Auto compelled me to write a review so others can find out about this place.This is a family-run business both brothers and the sister work there and if you are like me and thought an honest mechanic doesnt exist well Kenny of Westwood Auto is there to prove us all wrong.He was a delight to work with and he was super accommodating honest and genuinely a good guy. I took in my BMW 328i because the brake light was on according to the computer the car needed rear brakes.I was quoted a price and I signed off on it a couple of hours later Kenny texted me that my car is ready to be picked up. Much to my surprise when I came back to pay the bill it was a lot lower than what they originally quoted me I asked Kenny why and he said that the pads were in perfect condition all they needed to change was the sensor. Eric showed me the broken sensor that they replaced and assured me that my brake pads are in perfect condition.We all know that unfortunately most mechanics would have changed the brake pads and charged me the full amount, they would have even found a thing or 2 that they would have called you and told you that they also need to be fixed, anything to inflate the bill and their bottom line. This was not the case with this team, and that to a car novice like myself is HUGE. To finally meet a mechanic that is honest is priceless and this is precisely why I felt I needed to share my experience on googleMoving forward this will be the only place I take my car and I would recommend them to anyone I know.Thank you, guys!

Kenny made sure that my problem(left side mirror detached) was taken care of ASAP. They didnt charge me much extra than the parts themselves and got my car back to me within a couple of hours. My power seat rail broke (honestly because I got a coffee cup lodged in it) and the seat wouldn’t move up close enough for me to reach the pedals. I drove into the full lot and within 10 minutes Kenny had diagnosed the issue and fixed it. At 6 months pregnant I was so worried about driving unsafely and needed a fix immediately and that’s what I got!! I will bring my car back for any future needs!!! Every employee addressed me and was extremely friendly.

I can’t express how great their service is (super friendly & honest) and the quality of work they do is top notch! I’ve been coming to Westwood Auto for about 12 yrs. and have saved so much $$$ (on body repairs and maintenance services) bcz it’s just a fraction of what I would have had to pay at a Mercedes dealership but JUST AS GOOD! Now that Derrick (who worked for MB dealership service center for many years) is working with Kenny it is like a MB dealership! Derrick is a MASTER when it comes to the mechanics of MB!!I would highly recommend servicing or getting body repairs done here, you won’t regret it and won’t want to go back to the dealerships! Kenny’s been in business for +25 yrs and all the insurance & warranty agents know him and work well with him. His business (which he runs with his brother, sister and nieces) continues to grow bcz of the loyal customer base, great friendly & honest service, top tier body repairs/maintenance services and new customers that come via word of mouth.I wouldn’t go anywhere else, it’s like visiting family... he does really treat his customers and employees like family! Ive known Kenny (the owner) for over 5 years now, and hes taken such a good care of my E-class ever since. Kenny basically runs the entire shop on his own, so he could be a little busy sometimes. Still, the service there is pretty decent and done on time. Id recommend this shop for other people

Let me just start by saying this place has no idea what customer service is. I called yesterday to ask about bringing my BMW 5 series in for my fan coming on and starting to go off but coming right back on again. He said sure bring it in tomorrow. I brought it in and also needed a smog for registration so he advised me to go ahead with the smog (whom is independent and was EXCELLENT I might add) and implied he would run the diagnostic simultaneously. After the smog was completed he was on the phone, sitting in various cars and kept telling me he was getting the diagnostic equipment. After 30+ minutes he advised me to move my car from the smog bay to his bay. I pulled it around and stood there another 15-20 minutes while he was on the phone (on hold I might add as I could hear the hold music) He then brings over the diagnostic computer he pulled off the floorboard of a supply car parked in front of the shop. I said, is it wise to hook up the car to the diagnostic machine right now since the smog guy just told me all of my censors will be on until I drive it around a little? He said oh yeah drive it around the block and come back. I did so and when I came back a NEW customer was there whom he allowed to pull into the bay and already had her car hooked up to the Mercedes diagnostic. He said nothing to me and just looked at me and then spoke with the lady about her Mercedes as he was doing the diagnostic. I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere as this was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

I have know Kenny for over 15yrs .. He has worked on all of my cars. BMW 745li 2003, E320 Mercedes Benz Wagon, 2007 CL550 . He is a great guy of Great Character. As a woman I have been taken advantage of by auto repair shops more times than I care to count. I remember one time I had an AC issue with my car many years ago, I took it to one auto place which quoted me well over $1000, but then a friend recommended another place and they fixed it for me for about $150. Needless to say I became wary in the EXTREME about auto mechanic and body shops. And then, thanks to my fabulous boyfriend who has been going to them for years, I found Westwood Auto and Kenny (as its supreme manager). From the first time I ever went to them, well over a decade ago, I felt completely safe and free from the scam artists that so many of these businesses can be, especially from clueless women like me. Everyone there is so helpful, professional, and friendly, and trustworthiness oozes from each and every one of them. Ive often driven by there at 8 pm or later and seen the office light still on from them working overtime for their customers, and shaken my head in amazement, thinking that would never be me, lol.Im so grateful that theyve expanded to body work now in addition to the mechanic stuff theyve done forever. I am constantly knocking my car around everywhere (friends say driving with me is like an E ride at Disneyland for those of you old enough to get the comparison), and of course have been correspondingly ripped off by numerous body shops over the years. Im so grateful I no longer have to worry about that, now that these guys can take care of my bumps and bruises too, in addition to the mechanics.In all the years I have been going to Westwood Auto, I have never had one single complaint about them. They have always fixed my cars perfectly and in relatively good time (Im so impatient, I want my car back THAT DAY lol), and at the best prices I have found, and have always made me feel like a valued VIP, which is remarkable considering how packed they always are (their lot is always bursting with cars, which is another testament to how good they are, because if they were less than great I seriously doubt that year after year after year that lot would be packed). Whenever theyve had to order parts for me, theyve come overnight in most cases; paint has always been perfectly matched; sometimes Ive even been fortunate enough to be given a loaner car if they have one available, and my car has always been delivered to me spotless after an exterior and interior cleaning. I have no end of gratitude that one of my biggest worries of driving in LA, finding a reliable and trustworthy mechanic/body shop, has been eliminated thanks to this great bunch of guys. Ill continue raving about you to anyone who mentions to me that they need someone to fix their car...even if it means giving you a nervous breakdown from overloading you with satisfied customers demanding more and more of your time.

At first I literally was ready to have my old battery reinstalled but Derek fixed the issue instantly. I was given one price then another guy tried overcharging me plus asked me to come back and pay even more for the computer of my BMW to be reprogrammed. I must say I felt played a fool because I know very little about cars but Derek walked in the office and automatically shut his employee up and granted me the original price and calmed me down in a very polite and respectful manner. I could not be more grateful to people like Mr. Derek. People never know how they can positively be impacting someones life and Derek proved to me that good businesses and people still exist. Thank you so much! Now I can have more money to pay my extra bills.

WORST BODY SHOP IN LA.I had an accident and I took my car here to fix the front lights, the amount that they charged me was 3 times the estimate that they gave me. On top of that, my cars color is black, I think while they were painting another car all the residual of white painting covered the left side of my car and they refused to fix it.I will never go back and I highly recommend that you dont go there either!

Stopped by shop, without an appt. with my sons 1999 CLK320, it seemed to be running, but with low power. Sami spent the better part of the day testing, looking for problems and concerns.
