On another occasion I had to get a letter drawn up from corporate, and Johanna once again asked corporate to rush the letter. So I am grateful for Johannas attention to detail and for expeditiously handling of the documents I requested.

We have been with Tony Kim at State Farm for over 20 years. He is always attentive and has good insurance options for us. You really know if you have good insurance or not when you are in an accident. Unfortunately, I was side swiped last year. The lady was apologetic during the time of the accident but the next day claimed she didnt know whos fault it was. Tony and State Farm took care of the issue and although I had to wait a few months to be fully reimbursed for the damages because of the ongoing insurance investigation, ultimately, they took care of the situation without headache and stress.

Tbh, i have aaa insurance which is expensive. i have been a member for over 30+ years with aaa. i wanted to see if state farm would be any less expensive. i called a little before 5pm (i know i lagged it) & the lady agent (i dont remember her name) answered all of my questions. she was honest & helpful.my call dropped due to shotty apt reception & she was courteous enough to call back even though the office was closing.in the end i decided to stick with aaa since it was less expensive for me, but i told her that i would write a review on her great service.she was really nice & prompt with the answers.thank you state farm lady agent.

I have been for eight years they have not been there for me nor like a good neighbor any time something happened that I needed them they were always slow to call or slow to help me!
