Ive been a client/customer of Pauls for over 10 years. When I moved to Santa Monica, Paul assisted with renters and business insurance. That evolved to insurance to cover some personal possessions. Then later, life insurance policy. He and his team were super-responsive, kind, and honest at every step. In todays digital-first world, its a rarity to develop a personal relationship with vendors/providers. Paul comes highly recommended and I too add my name to that list.

Being British and bringing a British registered car with me as a temporary import made finding insurance very difficult. After phoning countless brokers the same problems arose, Foreign VIN, Foreign Licence etc etc it seemed hopeless.I then stumbled across Paul Major. The agent, Monica, was simply fantastic, she was helpful, knowledgeable and readily available to answer any questions. She set the policy up quickly, explained how it all worked over in the U.S, didnt push any unnecessary products and really made the whole process simple.They were very reasonably priced and very flexible, even reducing the premium when the car went into storage for a few months. Sorry, I take back my good review. Steve is very kind, but has screwed me out of my money. Surprise of $110 more per month on my insurance without any notification, and Im being refused a refund because, somehow, coverage starts two weeks prior to me being billed. What company does that?
