Guys, MY Name JULIO, Im here to show you my indignation about this insurance company.My RV was stolen on June 5th, and that was when my nightmare began.Im Nationwide customer since 2018 and I never needed they for any accident or something similar.Since 30 ago, when my RV was stolen Im having several problems with Nationwide.Despite of Im being victim from a crime, looks like for Nationwide Im being the main suspect.Its very frustrating and with sure its giving me not only financial problems, but with sure some psychological damage since the adjuster/investigator, Brian Atwood, started to ask me for various information and documents that looks like as privacy invasions. I think they did all this to save time for not having my reimbursement. I sent all the required documents and evidences, even as, for example at July 8th, when I received an email from the company requesting my bank statement, phone registration with the last 30 days of call, air travel ticket when I traveled to buy the RV. They asked for an indefinite period for an answer, because I’m on investigation, but my clain investigator said by himself I should wait 30 days untill they shut down the car with total loss.For my surprise, today I received a call from the company saying the Police recovered my RV and arrested a suspect. It was my luck because for then everything indicates that I was the suspect and the criminal, thank God they found the criminal and he is trapped.But today came the best part. Even it have passed 30 days for the reimbursing being due, the surprise cames when they are forcing me to pay 8,000 dollars of park lot from the parking lot where the RV was found. Until today, Mr. Brian Atwood is saying that the responsibility is entirely mine and that they have nothing to do with it! But how so? They want to escape from all their responsibility, not paying the parking fees, and they probably wont want to pay me.I am customer since 2018. I can tell you when you need them, they are doing this with their customers.Take good care because in a case similar as mine, from clients you can be treated as thief!That is an alert and forward to as many people as possible and to all NATIONWIDE customers, YOU WILL BE THE NEXT VICTIM OF THIS COMPANY!
