I previously posted a review within the last 1/2 hr. My review was in regards to the Lack of Communication in addition to a few other things I mentioned on behalf of the Company..Ironically, a few minutes after me posting my1 Star Review, Technician shows up.( it’s now about 1-1/2 hr passed the 4hr threshold I was given ).Me, the Customer not knowing what’s going on, other then the fact that is about 1-1/2 hr past the 4 hr timeframe... I’m already thinking it’s going to be a No-Show ??I understand we all work to make a Living, then theirs the Factor of Traffic etc..My previous 1 star review could’ve been avoided if only a Phone Call would’ve been made to inform he’s running behind.As I’m explaining this to Dan/Technician, Dan is informing me he was not aware I was given a time frame, nor was he given my number.So looks like the Lack of Communication is on behalf of the Office.So this 2nd Review of 5 Stars is only referring to the Technician/Dan. Once Dan arrived, Dan took care of the issue with the Water Heater & was In & Out within a short period of time.Thank you Dan.Hopefully the Lesson Learned here is that Communication is Key between All Parties involved.

I cannot recommend them any more highly. They went the extra mile to source a capacitor and solder it on a circuit board rather than making it easy on them and just replacing the entire board at a much higher cost/delay. Easy scheduling and truly nice people.

Great company! Very reliable and excellent at repairing a faulty Rheem hot water heater. Cant recommend them enough.

By far the best company ever they are very punctual do the job right the 1st time I just had my new thermostat installed by them the nes thermostat was really tough to install and program but was piece of cake for Robert from normco thank you .

Great. Very knowledgable lady answers the phone, figures out the problem instantly, says exactly how much its going to cost, gets back to you exactly when she said she would, next day appointment, guy who shows up to do the repair is on time, expert, friendly, well-spoken, does a great job, charges exactly what the lady said he would. How much better can it get? Couldnt be more satisfied.
