When traveling to Israel, safety is my primary concern. I would not trust any other airline except an Israeli airline when it comes to safety. So, for that, 5 stars it is. Safety = priceless!

There has never been a travel without hassel, lost luggage, rude staff, condenscending treatment.They criss the line between careful scrutiny and criminal treatment. Yeah, they need security but they dont need to make everyone feel like crap.Get your staff some training in treating people like....people that are not convicts....and how about getting tougher on the known criminals that reside in your land who are treated better and with more consideration.So annoying
Elal is probably one of the worst companies to fly with, rude staff delays, lost bags, unprofessional customer serviceSo disappointed from them be aware!!!
