Top notch lounge for comfort, food and beverage selection! Makes stopping at LAX a pleasure!!!The lounge itself has a great selection of hot and cold food, including fruits and deserts. Alcohol is self serve / pour so you can have a few before takeoff! The interior fit-out and seating is just excellent. There is also computer and printing facilities if needed. A pray room is also available.This lounge is also used for Virgin Australia guests traveling through LAX.WiFi is available in this lounge.There is an ‘outside’ area for the lounge which looks over the main shopping area of LAX as well.Strong recommend for those who have a layover at LAX.
Really good lounge, probably the best in LAX. Ive used a few of the other lounges and they dont really provide the quality of food or service, but this one hits the mark every time.Given that its so opulent, the visitors are quite respectful, and the choice of places to sit around the lounge should cater for everyones needs.Id recommend coming here hungry, as the food is top notch, and the drinks cabinet full of variety.You can even see the huge departures board outside the lounge, so you are never far away from a flight update.

Dirty bathrooms.I traveled from Dulles airport to Dubai in Sept 2017.Restrooms were filthy.I wanted to use the restroom before we took off so I was the first one to use those restroom of that flight. There should have been no excuse to not get it cleaned.Floors were wet with tissue paper on the floor, sinks filled with dirty water, toilet seats filthy with urine on it.I went to another restroom but they were even worse.Food tables / trays attached to seats had bits of food on them / dirty. I switched my seat as the plane had empty seats but the rest were dirty too.Then connecting flight from Dubai to Pakistan was even worse (dirty). Since the connecting flight was in 40 minutes, I couldnt waste a minute at the airport.I was the first one to go in the restroom but wasnt surprised as the restroom were as dirty and filthy as the first flight.Very limited food given.My advice:1). Use restroom at the airport before getting on the plane2). have snacks in your hand bag3). Cover your body completely as the plane is dirty / filthy.
Its really sad to see a very big giant like emirates which from the outset excelled in service and quality of air travel superseding all the european and american airlines going down hill so steeply and so fast on almost every thing that you can name from quality, standard, food, service, comfort etc. The air line is having hard time competing in pricing with brethren Ethad air lines, Jordanian air lines, Saudi air lines, Qatar airways and Turkish airlines. So it has decided to lower its prices at the expense of service. In economy class, you no longer get news paper at the start of you journey, no fresh towels, no snacks, no extra blankets. Only two poorly made meals which are definitely far below in standard then they were just couple of years ago.
NO INTERNET wifi. It doesnt work. This place has NO internet and practically no cell coverage. The wifi has sucked here for years now and they have done Nothing to fix even though Ive told the staff multiple times.
I am very happy to say me,my wife and son travelled with Emirates to Dubai in Nov and dec.we had the best service from the crew.they always were nice and helpful especially in catering for our childs demands since he only eats specific food.the Airbus 380-800 is the best plane out there.their help at the airport,hotel stay and baggage handling is exceptional. we love Dubai very much as result,they are the most honest people weve ever met.well always fly with them.i highly recommend them to parents and regular folks who just want fly where ever Emirates go.👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Selective to no enforcement of overhead baggage policy. Also, keeping passengers informed about meal options in advance might save time and frustration... nobody likes to make split-second decisions

I doubt it very seriously that we would ever fly with these unscrupulous people and/or airline. We had a reservation in place and suddenly a major (heart) surgery took place but the airline not only refused to simply postpone the departure date, to a few months later, but also took away $350 from the originally paid fair as a penalty!Do NOT fly with Emirates.
Had a flight in November to LAX and our stroller got damaged, we bought the stroller over 1000, they asked us to send the stroller to their repair store in USA and we just did what asked us, after a couple of weeks they informed us that they could not fix the stroller and they offered $300, we declined and asked whether to fix it or give us a replacement or the money worth $1000, the LAX office was very rude and said based on their experience it is to our advantage to accept the $300, I did not understand what they mean until now that is more than 9 month, whereever we go and email they do not respond us, our country of origin Emirates office say they are not aware of the case even though we have provided them with the file number and a copy of the file report.I think it is their strategy to ignore the customer claim util they get frustrated and give up. I just do not understand how they can do it so easily without anybody stoping them . For 9 month of follwoing up with them I am just frustrated and I am not doing it for what our stroller worth because my time spent on this worth way above $1000, but just following it up for their unfair treatment of customers.I have spent numerous hours following this case but I believe in justice . Emirates just know that It is not right for an airline to treat customers in this way specially in USA. I hope eventually someone stop them and hold them accountable.
Absolutely worst customer service ever! they made no effort whatsoever to contact me regarding my missing case. and when it finally arrived, my case was crushed and my bow was damaged. I was told someone will contact me within 24 hours, yet here I am over two days later with not a single word from Emirates.
Car seat checked in missing. No proper response. Has been 20 days. They couldnt track it. Poor customers service.
One of the worst Airline with arrogant attitudes staff on economical classes,If you are traveling to Europe,USA from India, dont go by this filthy airline.Recommending to go by Singapore,China,Cathay Pacific or Qatar Airways.I really feel bad after seeing their behavior,service to the customers to the people whoever traveling to TVM and they treating the customers like a slaves.

The service is in the toilet. They have an office address without a phone number. The I get to the office and discover that they no longer use that office. Who does that?
