Having Jeff came out and did a fantastic job although I thought the upstairs would be deodorized he did the living room and I love the scent. My carpet is old in my bedroom so he did the best he could for what was on it. My elderly cat lived up there so I was hoping it would have been deodorized and a couple of stains still remain in the hallway. I’m pleased for what you had to work with. Next time I won’t wait so long to get the carpets cleaned.
