What a great staff and compwtive prices. Always willing to educate without a push for a sale.

We recently moved to our new house in the Wekiva area and this store is less than a mile away from home. This is my 1st pool and Larry was hugely helpful with helping me understand what I needed, plus their prices are tough to beat. Sure its a chain, but local people work here and Im happy to support them.

The store generally has what you need for your spa and your pool. If they dont they make every effort to get it.

Non stop wow experience, Steve has made finding solutions simple and pleasant. Without this store locally I am not sure owning a pool would be possible. The inventory is great but the ability to get things is commonly found made simple thanks to this location and the staff.

Please dont waste your time going here. Service is slow, especially on the weekend and they would rather wait on men first before a woman. I have had similar experiences here in the past but never as blatantly obvious as my visit today.I waited patiently in line behind one other person for 15 minutes. For the first 10 minutes it was just the 2 of us and the clerk. Another person walks less than 5 minutes before the clerk is finishing up with the first customer. When the clerk finished up with the first customer he begins to address the customer that came in after me and does not even acknowledge me. That customer says she was here first but the clerk continues to address him instead of me. The customer again says she was here first and the clerk finally acknowledges me to ask if its ok to wait on him first. What?!?!?!No, its not ok. There is no reason for me to wait 15 minutes and have someone that was there less than 5 minutes get waited on first. That extremely rude and inconsiderate.You guys definitely need to work on your customer service skills. You arent anything special and there are a ton of other pool supply companies around that treat their customers with more respect than this. You have certainly lost a customer today and I will be sure to pass this experience along to everybody I know.
