I hired USA Services to sweep the roads in a new community were building. They showed up on time and did a great job. Their water spraying system did a good job of controlling dust which I really appreciated. I will definitely be using them again.

I live in Melbourne. Between 7:30 & 8:00 am today the street sweeper came down my street. The speed limit on my street is 20 MPH. He was doing at least 40. He came very close to hitting the lady I was chatting with & when he came back around from the cul-de-sac I help up my arm & yelled Slow Down!. He looked right at me & smirked. He didnt give me the finger but he may as well have. Totally unprofessional & dangerous.Got a call back from USA Services.Him: So I found the person who was servicing your area. I checked his GPS remotely. He wasnt doing 40. He was doing 32Me: I am not a human radar gun. All I can do is estimate. He was still going TWELVE MILES OVER the posted speed limit in a residential area during the time the bus picks up for school. Every other street sweeper Ive seen goes very slowly, maybe about 5 miles an hour.Him: He will get written up & I will track his GPS for the rest of the day to see if he continues to do thisI LOVE how the guy started the conversation by correcting me on the drivers speed. Seriously? SERIOUSLY? The guy is FLYING down the street, going WAY over the posted speed limit, but you want me to be totally & completely accurate about the speed hes going & feel the need to correct me on my miscalculation? This is NOT how you handle customer complaints! People need to know that THIS is how they handle customer complaints. Not by apologizing, but by correcting miscalculations about exactly how many MPH their drivers are going above the posted speed limit. I guess in HIS mind 12 MPH above the posted speed limit was OK. Thats seriously the feeling I got. *ARRRRGGGGHHH*

I worked at the Longwood location for a short time only to find that the company loved drama and was totally unprofessional. They also lacked the tools to safely do the job. I wouldnt recommend anyone to work at this place. Worst job Ive ever had.

Unprofessional work experience, managers lie, show favoritism and equipment is dangerous to opperate. Would not recommend this place to work for or hire them to do any job.
