Pep Boys is always there when we need them. Theyre always courteous, explain everything thoroughly & always seem to care about us. I dont trust my car in the hands of anyone else but Pep Boys. Stephanie was alone this morning & she maintained her composure & professionalism even when so many people were walking in the front door & phone calls came in non-stop at 8 am when they opened. I will definitely be back again!

First time at Pep Boys in Longwood last Friday to get a set of tires. Stephanie M handled my transaction from start to finish. Everything went flawlessly. Also, the gentleman manager with her ( I didnt get his name unfortunately) was great explaining to me the different options of service for my vehicle. Didnt try to be pushy just trying to be a resource. I recommend them and will be back!

Took my car here for oil change and tire rotation a week ago. Im now at the dealer about what i think is an unrelated issue and am told over filled my oil quite a bit. This can cause major damage. Ill be calling them soon after im told how much over filled it was. I think it was a couple quarts over after looking at the dip stick. They better hope it was caught in time and it didnt cause any damage. If it did....theyll be paying for it to be fixed. It was my first oil change on my new 2021 car!!! They also failed to reset the maintenance notification system, though thats minor. Now I wonder if they even really rotated my tires??? Ive used 3 or 4 different local pep boys and theyve all provided poor service. I dont and wont recommend pep boys to anyone anywhere ever!!!

Im was very pleased with the service I received from this location with getting my oil change. My oil changes are covered through my warranty. However, upon approval I ran into some difficulties and rudeness with the financial company and Stephanie from Pep-boys did an amazing job with helping resolve the issue and getting me squared away. Awesome pep boys and awesome place to get your car serviced! I called in literally 18 minutes before they were scheduled to close on a Sunday, and asked if they could quickly get me in for an oil change. Said to come on in and he would take care of it for me. This is truly going above and beyond for customer service and I will continue giving them my business due to this one experience.

Bought tires there good price,had rear brakes done, fair price,Changing my review, had to bring truck back to have them rebalance the tires,tires still not right when one the highway they still have the bounce, the brakes still do the same thing as before they replaced rotors and pads will be going there again to talk to them about the issues, should be done right the first time

I came here for a simple front tire balancing. Only place nearby open on the weekends.Big mistake.For some reason the coolant is pissing out faster than I do in the morning. How is it even possible for a wheel balancing to cause a coolant leak?If you bring a vehicle here expect to have something else broken. Its like theyre trying to generate business for themselves.

I usually go to Pep Boys for basic oil changes and tire installation. Last week, however, I came in with major oil leak and electrical issues on my 2007 Hyundai minivan. It was a major repair (actually, multiple major repairs), and the mechanics here are excellent. From diagnosis to estimate to execution, It was superb. These are great mechanics and the price for their service beyond superb. I thought I might have to junk my minivan, but its now running smooth. This Pep Boys can get busy which can slow repair time, but if you want a job done right at a very fair price, this place cant be beat.

They specialize in tires and truck lifts but they do automotive repair. Best thing to do is call get a quote. And if your going have work done there it is best to take your vehicle there the day before and drop it of so they can work on it first thing in the morning.

This is my second time visiting this location. Each time I feel that they have been completely honest with me. I am a female and I usually share a mistrust of any repair place. However, this place is the exception for me. This visit I had Kyle care for my car needs. He was just amazing in answering all of my questions and getting my vehicle repaired quickly. I will continue to come back here for my vehicle needs in the future. The service is just amazing here. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable.

Awful experience store manager John was rude and condescending. Had an appointment for 3pm they didn’t start on my car until 330pm. He’s an excellent person to female customers and that’s not fair never going there again, I hope they do something about that guy because all the techs are great but him atrocious. Where’s the info that goes on this sticker.

Been coming to this location for a long time, and once again, they showed me how awesome they are. After the Kia dealership told me I needed front and rear brakes, I took it to Pep Boys. They did a free inspection for me and determined that I only needed the front replaced. I cant say thank you enough for the honesty and saving me money! Keep it up, you guys are great!

Our experience with the product and price was awesome. However there was a rep named John that was rude and basically called us a liar when we told him what price have been quoted to us. It was simply a matter of we were told it was one price out the door and he told us nobody ever says that. He made it seem like he was doing us a favor to give us the price quoted. He was rude and condescending. I was blown away by his poor attitude and comments under his breath. I heard him speaking to another customer earlier and he sounded like a used car salesman. He discouraged a woman from calling her husband to discuss a $600 quote, telling her he needed to get the tires ordered.

The mechanics here do great work and are honest. Ive taken both of my cars here quite a few times over the years. Never had a problem. The prices are not the cheapest but not outrageous, they do good quality work, and they do it quick. Ive been able to drop my car off on the weekend and have it fixed before I needed it for work on Monday.

So i went here to get my serpentine belt replaced in my car. so a month after the belt started to slip. unfortunately I do not live close to this area. also based of the reviews on google about this place i would not even waste my time. so today the belt broke. so i google the belt to get another one. can you believe these idiots used the wrong belt. something as simple a changing a belt they cant even get that right.

I brought my car in for a coolant leak and AC repair, turned out to be fairly major repairs. Both Alec and Paul were very helpful and friendly, and helped me save some money on these two expensive repairs. The work was done quickly, even though they are currently short staffed, and everything is running great now!

Smell. Strong rubber smell that what you feel first when you come in. It was so strong that I couldnt stay in a waiting room and waited outside instead.Ive had an appointment for oil change online and price of $20 was confirmed for my vehicle.Turned out itll be $32 something because my oil filter has some different system. OK, but last time I changed oil in other car service it cost me exactly $20.I was promised to have a courtesy car check along with the oil change. Ive asked mechanic to check the front suspension. Turned out we have to wait for Miguel. But theyve shown me cabin air filter which needs to be changed. Regular price is $60 (I guess) but only today and only for my itll be $40! For the air filter which Ive ordered already online for $5 they want $40 😲

Scheduled appointment online and paid for tires that the website said were in stock. The absolute cheapest ones. Times are tight yah know. When i arrived they told me they had none of those tires. I explained that the next day I would be driving to Atlanta to see the Foo Fighters and the tires had to be replaced or we couldnt go. Tread was worn and one had a slow leak. John at the counter was amazing. He said that he would make it right, and he did. He upgraded me to much better tires at no extra cost. That kind of integrity and kindness from a retail location is rare. Customer for life.

Went in for new tires and got just that, quick service had my tires mounted and ready to drive off in less than an hour. the sales rep was knowledgeable about the tires and answered all my questions. which tires were soft/hard, had good traction in wet/dry, which would be quiet/noisey, etc..there was a slight mix-up with a mail in rebate form, but going back an explaining that i think i received the wrong mail in rebate form, and all was well.i also need brakes soon, and my girlfriends car needs tires soon, so Im sure we will be back. plus, its right down the street from me, i could walk there if i absolutely had to.

Over priced and added a lot of unnecessary car parts to be replaced very two faced management nice to your face but try to jack up the bill when I needed my lower ball joints greased they wanted to replace them and all my rotors which dont need it my personal mechanic was overwhelmed with the lack of care the poor person just trying to fix their personal car. Ill never go there again.

These guys do great work. Helped my mother out (older lady) honestly and directly. For the bad reviews, if you are an adult, you should know to look or ask about charges before work begins, agreeing to them. Also, people dont work for what you think you should pay. If you want to pay for a cheap job, go to the other side of Orlando and pay less. Stop complaining and asking for free stuff.

Had a new battery installed Jul 5, 2016. Week later while traveling to PA, would not start severel times - needed tows both times to other repair shops. Incurred hotel charges, rental car expense, taxi. PA Chevy dealer found battery fine, but negative cable clamped cracked. I requested reimbursement from Wes at this store by letter and phone. He did so quickly - received full costs reimbursement 8/12/16. Thanks.
