Went in a few months back and they were super nice and friendly. They showed concern and made sure I was good to go. Would definitely go back.

I went this morning and spoke to a guy there not sure if he was the manager or not. I got my brakes replaced on 7/10/21. About a week or so ago I see the brake discs are created a erosion that looks like rust. So I came in at 8am told the guy what I was here for and he went outside to take a look at it. He stated its normal and asked if their making any noises? I stated no but this doesnt look normal to me. He said that I could buy brake fluid to remove it that they dont offer that service. He assured its normal etc I was like okay? My prior brakes didnt look like that and I payed alot of money. I personally didnt trust what he said so I am asking if the manager can call me would be great.

Ryan the manager did an excellent job identifying my problem and sorting it. Just after open, only guy on site, customers coming in and he still got the job done while also assisting them. Two tires installed, had to go back next morning as both lost air had to fill at night. Both air valves were leaking, went back in am and they took care of it with any argument. Nice save.

Cheap deal on basic oil change the day that I went and after I got my alignment fixed a few months ago they said I could come back anytime in the next 6 months check it again for free, so I did that as well as my basic oil change

My husband just left there-got there when they opened. I thought he’d try this location because the one in Altamonte is always so busy!They were just opening the doors and my husband walked in and talked to the manager opening the shop. I asked him what he needed and he and let him know he just needed an oil change and tire rotation.He told him he only had one guy and the earliest he could take him was 11 AM without an appointmentMy husband passed 2 techs in the tire bay as he was walking up to the office?? Really? not sure they really want your business here so my husband headed back over to the Altamonte location where he gets great service!No wonder they’re so slow here- customers want service and not lipservice. When service is all you offer you are asking them to go somewhere else with service like this

Action gators is better. They came to me with 2 blown out tires on a 40 ft rv. Took tires off put 2 new ones on after mounting them was just 75$ charge plus tire cost so total $565 for whole service call.

I had a screw in my tire that ended up not penetrating the thread. They didn’t charge me even after inspecting the tire. They also took me in rather quickly seeing I had my kids with me. Honest place!

Very nice staff. Will be going back. Dont go to Discount tire in Sanford. They forgot my tire valve cover stem caps, and stripped a lug off. Went to this Tire Kingdom and they put my caps on for me no charge. Unfortunately I have to pay for stripped lug.

I will not be returning. Came for a wheel alignment, told I needed tires, ok quotes $89.99 per tire to my wife. I get there tells me $59.98 per tire. Guys tell me my one tire stem can be replace for free. I go back to work. Another guy tells my wife that a it a kit to fit it for $79 dollars.

I can’t say enough good things about Ryan (The Store Manager) and the rest of the team here at this location. I was looking for a set of Vogue Tyres for my 1995 Cadillac Eldorado and was a little nervous about if they could find them, if I could afford them and pretty much the entire process. This was the first time I had ever had to buy brand new tires for one of my vehicles so I didn’t really know what to expect. Ryan took the time to find the tires I wanted, went over financing options with me and walked me through every step of the process. I will definitely be using them for all my future needs and recommending to family & friends.

I have never written a negative review but this place really deserves one. Came in to get a new tire for my dad’s car. The guy upfront was friendly. He ordered a tire and I came in the next day to have it installed. I asked how long I would have to wait and was told about 45 minutes. Over an hour later he comes into the waiting area. I assume he’s going to tell me the car is ready. I start gathering my papers, laptop etc...Instead he says “ can’t find the wheel lock”. I ask him why it took so long for him to ask me for the lock and he states they brought in the car twenty minutes ago and have been looking for the lock since then. I call my brother and find out where the lock is. Once I find it and hand it over, he lets me know it will be another 30 minutes. He didn’t apologize once about the wait. In fact, he wouldn’t even look at me when answering. Since I need a tire, I am going to have to wait but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Not respecting a customer’s time is very poor service and his handling of the situation is even worse. I don’t care if the price was decent. He’s getting paid to sit around...I’m not!!

I brought my brand new kia niro in to tire kingdom to get a few tires replaced because due to a nail, I was told by the kia dealership that it was un-patchable so I made an appointment with tire kingdom to have them replaced. Bruce who checked me in and went over all the details with me, he was very nice and professional. Carson was the mechanic who worked on my kia, came to me and was concerned as to why I needed to buy new tires I told him why and he reassured me that he could properly repair the tires without me having to buy new tires, which saved me $175 which is a weeks worth of groceries for my family. I am so happy and thankful for tire kingdom and their honesty. Thank you!

Great Staff and Attention to detail. Even from a larger chain store these guys are top notch. Ive made it a point to take my truck here for affordability and great service.Recently I had a question about my truck and talked with Nathan, the manager, personally for a good while. He was very informative and answered all my questions and did so quickly with a garage full of customers. I was all the do it yourself person to not take my vehicles in for service but I am now confident Nathan and his staff will do everything possible to ensure great service.

I came in after noticing a nail in my tire while I was with my 2yr old son. So of course I had to bring him with me. I had two other tires that needed changed as well so I asked for a quote for three tires. After about 20 minutes of waiting and listening to them prioritize a phone customer that they had told they would call back I still had not been helped, i gave it about ten more minutes as my son became inpatient, naturally, and wanted to touch everything in the store. Another “regular” customer walked in and immediately got service...all I needed was a QUOTE. They were kind, however the lack of attention to customer service outweighed the good.

Really awesome service. Came in without an appointment and had 4 new tires for my truck pretty quickly. Had some fun conversations with the mechanics and other customers.

Awesome people! Had a flat on an old tire put the spare on and the bead came off the spare. 6 30 on i4. They stayed after hours (close to an hour and a half after houts) to wait for us to get towed in and put a new tire on! I cant thank you enough!

Second time Ive been in for a tire repair and theres a reason I came back. Associates are professional, efficient, and get you in and back on the road as quick as possible. I had the unfortunate discovery of a screw in my tire that wasnt patchable. They had the tire in stock and replaced it and did it all about 30 minutes. Definitely will come back!

Friendly service but had an appointment at 9 am for oil change and was stuck there till 11 am while my car sat outside for over 30 min ..... Was told it would take between an hour and an your and 15 min yet it took 2 hours when I had other things to do as i scheduled my day around only being there a maximum of an hour and a half which made me 30 minutes late to an appointment that was prepaid and I cant get my money back on and also being a tire shop I figured they were going to try to sell me a set of tires seeing that when they did my tire rotation they should have noticed that a couple of tires are almost to the wear bars but they did not even mention that so that tells me that they literally just did the service that was asked and they did not care about safety

I called before going to the shop because air was coming out of my tire. I asked if they would be able to fix my tire the same day because they closed in a few hours. Upon arrival, I was greeted kindly and sat in the waiting room. The area was clean and kept up. In less than 2 hours my tire was patched up and the nail was removed. I would recommend others to go to this tire kingdom.

It’s funny someone just asked me if I recommend this place and I said NO WAY!!! I told him to check my review and see why and go figure. You guys deleted my review AGAIN!!! I guess you don’t want people to know you have prejudice employees! You didn’t have time for me to fix a tire but yet the guy behind me (no appointment) needed an alignment and you did have the time? Probably the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I had a 1:00 appointment ( I arrived at 12:50) and there literally was not one other customer in the store. They took my info, gave me a price and put my vehicle in their bay around 1:05. At 1:48 I asked the manager why no one had touched my vehicle in almost 45 minutes? He just shrugged! Lol At that time their service bay didn’t have one employee in it working? How is that possible? I instructed them to get my vehicle out of the bay and left to which no one seemed to really care! Unreal! You know what they say about first impressions!

Had an appointment went in to get my car serviced. Stood at the front waited patiently while dude just sat in the office said hello to him didn’t even acknowledge me. So I kept waiting thinking someone would come ask me what I needed done nobody came dude just sat in the office with the door open kept picking at his nails. I guess when your doing good u can ignore paying customers. I waited long Enough with no help to call another mechanic shop, set an appoint and got my vehicle serviced by them instead. Whoever is in charge need to revaluate there customer service will not be going back there ever again

2 hours to change 1 tire....... the Mexicans in Miami can replace your entire motor in that much time. Never in my 24 years of being alive have I waited 2 hours to change 1 tire..... look if it was all 4 ok..... but for one tire..... 2 hours? Then I get up without saying anything look around go out back see my truck lifted and the new tire still has not even been placed on the rim ?..... is this a joke? I ask the dude up front hey you know how much longer ...? He says oh just give me time man. ?.... good luck

I had my alternator replaced. The replacement part was defective. It was replaced again, once again it failed. They replaced it again but this time with a Hyundai alternator. It worked fine They alerted their supplier as to the issue. This happened over the course of two weeks. Each time the staff was super nice and apologetic. Great Customer Service!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Had an appointment at 12 for a simple oil change, showed up at 11:40 and sat for over 1.5 hours. Then sat and watched as two customers sat in the front lobby for 15 minutes without any help while an associate stood at the computers in front of them.

I love this place. They dont try to force anything down your throat that you dont want or need. You go in for an oil change and thats what you get. I asked them to check my brakes because I had been told that I might need them to be replaced soon and they told me my brakes are fine and it really wasnt necessary to replace them right now. Other places wouldve tried to take advantage of me by saying I need to replace them when I really dont. This place is trustworthy and honest. I dont go anywhere else.

Amazing service and great employees! They patched my tire last minute on a Saturday so that I could drive back from FL to SC. I am definitely going back here for service in the future and I recommend everyone to go here.

I made an appointment on Wednesday 4/24/13 and I had to change it twice on Thursday and they did with no problem. they were very nice and super helpful. I was buying 4 brand new tires, I calculated it to be almost $100 more but when he gave me the price I was so happy. they checked everything for me and were just very nice. they are so attentive they told me about half way through it wouldnt be much longer.

My family and I were traveling back to Jacksonville from Orlando, when a car alert showed we were losing air from the back rear tire at an alarming rate. I Googled the closet tire shop and this Tire Kingdom was listed. We arrived at the location right before closing. John Murray with Tire Kigdom was willing to help us and did so with such a pleasant demeanor!! He was a lifesaver!! I would definitely recommend this location if you have any future tire needs!

Called for tires on new tires on my car and asked for better than the previous. Was given an out the door price. When dropping it off was told they were worse but the $300 more set would be better. I did some research online and found something in between. When getting my car the price was even more and the car drove horrible. Since I could not return them I had to come back and exchange them for a different tire and this time it was an even exchange but the way we got to this tire took all my faith away from this store. Will never return.

Only returned here because I bought the alignment here. Their alignment machine is now broken with no repair estimate! Will not return here for any service! Great place and very quick. They were able to find out any my tire was leaking and get a new one replaced in no time at all.

This is the worst place that you would want to take your vehicle so please steer clear! I went to this location for an oil change with an appointment and it took 2 hours to complete. Then I was asked to go outside to take a look at my tires and I was surprised to see that they were off of my vehicle for a standard oil change. He let me know that there was a nail in my tire from which was there because it had been plugged for a previous leak. He said that I could get a new tire and installation, and he gave me a price to which I said not at this time since I was already there for 2 hours!! So they put my tires back on and I left. The very next day I find that the same tire is completely flat. I believe that the Service Advisors at this location removed the nail as I did not see it in the tire which caused my tire to become completely flat and irreparable. Please do not bring your vehicle here as this place is full of crooks who just care about making money, and have completely no urgency.

Why is this place cash only? If you spending hundreds of dollars for tires you shouldnt need to bring in cash. I asked the guy behind the counter why and is it just so they can pocket some cash? He had no answer for.me so I just assume yes. I will never step foot back in this place again!

I have been using Tire Kingdom for more than six years now and have purchased all my tires and misc. repairs through this company. Basically I have followed Robert Osler from store to store because of the loyalty he has earned with me due to his professional attitude, honesty and the overall attitude towards all customers. Seriously – it is rare to find a mechanic you can trust at their word without questioning them – Robert Osler is definitely one that can be trusted.Recently I used Orange City’s Tire Kingdom because I was in a hurry and I figured I would try one close to home (this is my 3rd time trying this location – the first 2 were for flat tires) I wanted an oil change, check my back lights as they were not working, tire rotation and alignment (and of course the usual check of fluids and such). I was phoned by the manager who said my wipers were going to need changing and one tire had wear. I told him I have road hazard warranty and he said it did not apply. I told him I didn’t have time right now – just go ahead with what was requested – lights, oil change, rotation and alignment. He said there was no point in rotation or alignment; my car was ready to be picked up. I asked about the lights – he said they were working. I paid for the oil change and left. After driving through the parking lot and going by the neighboring business’ front window; I noticed I did not have any brake lights in the rear. I did not have time to go back. That evening when I backed into my driveway I noticed I had no back-up lights. Now I am irritated. I specifically requested these items be corrected. That was on September 9, 2017. A few days later the truck was making a strange noise when I turned the steering wheel and applied my brakes – I was afraid it was my rotors grinding. I made an appointment with Mr. Osler in Longwood – after checking my truck he said I was very low on power steering fluid – I had a leak at the rack and he asked if I wanted to do “an exchange” I agreed. That should have been check by the Orange City Location. I believe they stopped all service after I turned down the additional services. They should have topped off all fluids, changed the oil and fixed my lights. I cannot prove they did not change the oil – but I do know they did NOT fix the brake or back-up lights, turn off the change oil light or top off any fluids. I DO NOT TRUST ORANGE CITY.When I went to Mr. Osler in Longwood I purchased 2 tires, wiper blades, changed oil, rotated tires, aligned tires, had my back lights changed (they work now). THAT IS SERVICE – I have no doubt the work was done to completion. Thank you Mr. Osler – no matter your location – the work is complete and professional.

Very unfortunate that we would have a business in Longwood that would not help a teenage young woman out with Tire Service would tell her that it would be very expensive to be checked meanwhile while my daughter is driving on a tire that leaks air wouldnt you expect for somebody to say we need to check it out not its going to be very expensive so when I called to talk to a manager instead of someone speaking to me with respect they want to defend their employees customers are always right customers come first and safety for our children Longwood is at the Forefront so if you have children please dont send them there if youre at work to get their tires fixed because theyre just going to tell him its very expensive theres all type of tire stores that I guess Ill start going to but I will not return to this place what a joke very unsafe for our children

Hes not like many jerks that see an ignorant or person uneducated in the field of mechanics come there and just get taken to the cleaners. Not my husband, just ask anyone and theyll tell you who he is. Seems to me that each time a store starts finally getting where it needs to be, they transfer him to another crappy store to fix it lol.
