Two different people recommended Refresh Computers to me as a spot to have the keyboard on my laptop checked out. Made the drive up from St. Cloud and was not disappointed.Had to leave the laptop for a tech to check out. He called me maybe two days later with the news and options. Had him order a new keyboard, which arrived sooner than expected. The crew at Refresh keep you updated every step of the way.For a very reasonable cost, less than a week later, my 8 year old laptops running like-new again.Highly recommended if youre anywhere in the Central FL area.

My wife took her laptop here because the fan was making an awful noise and she wanted a new battery. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I observed them helping other customers and families buying computers and they were very informative. We got the laptop back in a few short days and felt the repair price was reasonable. They even felt the battery did not need replacing, so they definitely do NOT try and take advantage of customers. Really liked their big sign starting “All sales are NEVER final”

I was referred from where I work SSC, who uses Refresh Computers as well as my other friends who say this is where to buy a laptop...prices are great...guys very helpful, they know their business. I have bought two computers, a laptop and s desktop from Refresh computer in the last year. I have called for support on the phone and every experience has been good. This is my go to computer source.

I had to change out my hard drive and my laptop computer. I needed someone to download Windows 10 into my computer and retrieve the data off of the old hard drive. We were unable to retrieve anything off of the old hard drive. But we werent expecting it to be able to be used. The young man that helped us was Andre Klass. He was very nice, he took the time with us that we needed. He was also able to help other customers at the same time. So hes really great at multitasking. All while being super nice. This is a great computer store to go to if you need a place. They are cheaper than a lot of the other computer stores on replacement parts and labor. These guys are in their five stars.

What a delightful surprise! I couldnt believe it but these young men are honest and wonderful! Most computer places are kind of creepy but this was bright and felt like a big store. They diagnosed the refurbished laptop I bought my husband as having been ravished. The seller took important parts out and substituted with inexpensive parts that were not compatible. They were fast, articulate and very nice. The laptop is now better than ever and for a very fair price. Im happy to recommend them highly!

Refresh computers built a computer for my wife 3 years ago. She is happy with her computer. She had a issue updating some software, we brought it in yesterday and they took care of it right away and no charge. They are very professional and a nice bunch of guys.

I needed a new computer and my neighbor told me about this place. Even though I dont live too far I didnt even know the place was there. I wanted to look for a macbook since I am very familiar with the models and when I drove down there I saw they had a 2013 model for $850 FREAKING DOLLARS!!!! I checked out the other models and they had windows laptops that were 8-9 years old in 300+ price range as well. I am not sure who is pricing these out but they are smoking something.

But, the same SSD priced locally at BestBuy is $100.99. Thats still a markup of $70.00. Cheaper still if you throw in Amazon or Newegg. I appreciate your response.I would have liked to give a higher rating. The service at this location was fantastic. We were in and out under 2 hours. Our PC had crashed and was unable to boot. It was quickly diagnosed that our boot up SSD had failed. It was quickly replaced with a larger 1TB SSD (500GB to 960GB). The reason for the low review is the markup on the SSD sold. The price charged for the SSD was over $170, and after checking online, the SSD sells for $95.When I have something repaired and Im told parts+labor, I expect to pay market price for the part, then the labor/time to fix/install the part.

I came for a desktop bundle for an online class and they set me up with a good deal of $159 and Im so grateful for the team. Good people, they took their time to make sure everything was working good before giving to me and I appreciate that. They also sell accessories like Camaras and stuff too

I came in because my very old laptop (Windows XP) was stuck in a reboot loop and I couldnt log in. I desperately needed access to my data. John immediately knew how to solve the issue. He removed my hard drive and safely transferred my data to a memory stick. I am so grateful for the help. Moreover, the Customer Service from all of the Team at Refresh Computers was excellent. Also, their prices are very reasonable as they only charged me $25 for the service (I also had to purchase a 256 GB memory stick). I will definitely be coming back to bring them more business!

The people here genuinely care about their customers. As soon as I entered this outstanding business, I was immediately greeting by a helpful repairmen who was able to fix my laptop that had extreme damage from water. Not only was it fixed on the spot in a half hour but it was done correctly for a very reasonable price ($72). Thank you refresh! You saved me 1300 dollars I would have otherwise spent if I went to apple.

Standing there for 5 minutes or so, waiting for someone to speak with me. Someone else walks in and they help him instantly. Bad service. Also heard a guy talking about how there are 11 generations of intel when there are 12. Said that with authority.

Pm Ive been going here for years and purchased desktops. Ive referred others here who were quite satisfied with the laptops and prices. They are expert at diagnosis.

We was impressed with the selection and pricing. However, after making our selection, the person helping us spent more than 10 minutes helping someone else, instead of finishing the transaction with us. Then while testing our selection and finishing the transaction, he was on the phone doing tech support and didnt really talk to us again. This is NOT good custom service. I would recommend them for the equipment and pricing, but insist that they focus on you instead of multitasking so much.

THEY DECREASED THE VETERANS DISCOUNT FROM 10% TO 5% AND DEFINITELY INCREASED THEIR PRICES. I bought few computers from them for 269.99 and now that same machine is 309.99. I asked what reason why older computers went up in price and was told supply and demand. It didnt look like there was a shortage of computers in the store. Slap in the face especially with lowering the veteran discount. Wont be back here to purchase anything anymore.

I did an online purchase and picked up at the store. Very easy process. They have a 90 day warranty along with additional service plans. It is a refreshed laptop but in excellent condition. Booted up and worked well with no glitches. The store was very busy and had a great selection of products. If you are budget conscious and need a computer for virtual learning this is the best way to go.

Staff is awesome, they know exactly what theyre talking about. Ive taken both my laptop and my desktop tower in for repairs/inspections and theyve always been able to do just what I need. Nice big location with plenty of options should you need a new part of a whole computer in general.

I recently brought in a very old computer with a failing hard drive. The computer is so old that most people would probably not want to bother working on it, but Charlie was very helpful and knowledgeable. I came to Refresh the Saturday before back to school in the pandemic looking for TWO last minute laptops (you know, right when EVERYONES KID was starting digital learning??). I called the evening before and was told they had 2 rebuilds in stock so I showed up basically right after the store opened. I waited about an hour (to be expected, but also I think they were short staffed) and the entire time I stood in line the staff were all very busy, working hard, talking to people and answering questions. When it was finally my turn the guy was knowledgable and friendly. We left that day with two rebuilt computers that my teens are very happy with, even tho we waited until the last second to order them.Im DEFINITELY not saying to stress these ppl at the last second like a toolbag like I did, Im just saying they came through for me.TL;DR: long wait, great service, would still recommend 👍

Refresh Computer saved me in more ways than one! My Dell Precision T3500 workstation just died yesterday and I needed to get it back up and working fast. They diagnosed the problem (the motherboard) and were able to move my hard drives and memory into an identical machine and had it working again with new drivers in under an hour. Theyre set up to check out your machine on the spot, amazing. Even better, I paid a small fraction of what the original computer cost and its actually working better now than it has in a while. Bought 2 computers there today. Not a single offer to help carry them to the car, or hold the door, nothing. Really? It was raining out too. (Its the little things that make a BIG difference) I have gone with friends that needed an expert for advice when buying a refurb computer, so far so good, when it comes to equipment.

What a lifesaver! I was immediately in line to be helped and eagerly assisted with fixing and updating my laptop. Doug had retrieved the folders from my broken hard drive to later be uploaded to a new computer. All connections were set up and registered. My printer had to be fixed and made ready to use with the new laptop. He saved me a lot of time and charged me a very low fee, in my opinion. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any issue related to computers. They aren’t satisfied until the customer is.

Went to take my laptop to be upgraded before school begins. Not even a day goes by and my screen begins to flash this crazy static that I’ve never seen before. I called to explain my issue and I’m told it does that after being updated and that it should stop...I’m about a month in from when this has happened and the flashing of the screen is still present. I do not recommend.
