We chose Taylorworks as our IT partner when our company (Aegis Community Management Solutions) employed 10-12 employees in one location. Twelve years later Aegis had expanded to some 120 employees in 5 locations and Taylorworks was able to meet our needs seamlessly and efficiently as we grew. Our network was extremely reliable. Our primary contact at Taylorworks visited us frequently and proactively. We were the victim of a ransomware attack on Christmas Eve and, because our backup protocols managed by TW worked so flawlessly, we did not lose a single hour of time to the attack. If there were a 10 star option they have earned it in spades.

Taylorworks has always gone above and beyond for our IT, security, cloud, and hardware needs over the past 8 years. We moved to all encompassing software program in the summer of 2017, and from paper in the field, to paperless with tablets. Not an easy task for a company with 300+ employees. Taylorworks made the transition very easy for us. The owner of Taylorworks came to all of our meetings with the software team prior to the transition, without charging us a dime to make sure we were taken care of. What weve come to appreciate is when Bryan is unavailable, another tech steps up and takes care of the problem.. I cant think of a time when our network has gone down entirely in the past 8 years.
