Unpleasant, unprofessional and worst of all unorganized! Too many people working on the same account and not communicating with each other - so theyll contact you multiple times asking for something which you already submitted and youll get charged for the time you take to correct their mistakes and make sense of their mess.Oh and theyll overcharge you - and give you a great big invoice for the free consultation in which they waste your time.But hey, their office is in a really nice building so theyve got that going for them.Edit: client for whom I consult used this accounting service. My client and I have discussed these issues extensively and I have seen the email communication my client had with this accounting firm.
