Renting the unit from Tenoa was a very easy experience. All information was text to me immediately and I had no problem checking into my unit. Tenoa was very helpful and friendly. I havent had the need for a storage unit in years and dreaded the idea based on my last experience. I was so pleasantly surprised to find a clean, safe and efficient storage facility near my home in Seminole County. I cant say enough about the great service I received fro Tenoa the manager who efficiently answers my request for a unit size adjustment, not to mention getting a call to tell me i didnt lock my unit door securely after my last visit. Great place with really nice and attentive people. Six stars!

What a wonderful experience we had renting a unit today. Tenoa was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The office space and grounds were tidy and so different from other places I have rented. Tenoa carefully stepped us through the whole process. I love the fact that you can use an app to open the gate, pay your bill, etc. Looking forward to using the space while we do floors at our house and maybe even longer with the ease and price of the space.

Tenoas customer service skills are impressive. She was on the phone when I walked in but she immediately acknowledge me with a nod and a smile. So many times I am ignored when I enter a place of business. There had been a problem with the way I locked my unit, but I didnt understand what I was doing wrong. She took me to my unit and explained the problem. Im grateful for her help.

I made a call to the facility and Linda was polite and helpful in providing information requested. I arrived 10 minutes later and Kristina was very helpful and timely in having the paperwork done and walked me to the unit and through the process. All questions were answered and I was in and out in no time at all with a storage unit that fits my needs. The units and facility are well maintained, clean, and secure.

I would never rent at this storage unit place again. The person Jensis doesnt even know her job. I ended up losing 200.00 because she fail to give us the correct information. She stated that we would be able to transfer from site to site. When in fact that was untrue. The district manager Rachael was just as bad. She acted like she didnt care that we could not get our money back for a 3 day rental that was paid for a month. I would not recommend this place to anyone. We stated we needed a bigger unit and was told we could go anywhere and the funds would be transferable. That is not the case. On 10/1/2020 we rented a unit and on 10/5/2020 we tried to get a transfer to another unit and was told we could not.

Dont let them fool you with their initial reasonable prices. In the fine print of their contact, evidently, it said they can raise their prices in the middle of a pandemic.....whether you and your wife have jobs or not.

By far the best experience I have had at a storage facility! I spoke with the young lady at the counter genesis she help me figure out what storage options would work best for my business very informative and well priced!

Jenesis helped me with my storage today and she went above and beyond for me. Her friendly attitude will definitely take her far and was so personable and enjoyable to be around.

Wonderful experience. I booked my initial unit online- super easy! I had to change the date twice (pushing back our move in) and it was no problem. Debbie was very helpful and kind. In the end I ended up going with a bigger unit and the property manager Kristina was there at check in. Check in was a breeze and happy with the team’s overall customer service!

I tried to reserve my unit at another property and they didnt have the size I needed. I had to drive a few miles near closing time to this facility and the property manager, Kristina and her coworker Linda waited for me. Very nice, courteous and professional.

Debbie is outstanding and an asset to the company. If all companies had an employee like Debbie this world would get so much more accomplished. Debbie took time out of her busy schedule to assist me in paying my bill over the phone. Debbie walked me through the process and all is good now. I went with a friend to see a storage space. We met the property manager which as soon as we walked in she greeted us and said her name was Yvonne. She showed us a few spaces this way we could get a better idea of the sizes. Which we were impressed with how clean the spaces were and the property as well. She was a great help. She asked if we could do a review so I did it for my friend. I highly recommend this property if you are needed storage.

Kristina is super friendly and helpful. Shes always responsive to my questions and she is very capable and knowledgeable. I wont go anywhere else for storage.

Reserved a unit online and they cancelled reservation and raised the price 20% on my move in. When I was in the office doing paperwork prior to moving in, the woman in the office said she would get the regional manager to honor the original price. Upon inspecting the unit, I and the property manager noticed both a huge mold issue and water damage and she assured me this would be handled at my convenience and moving in would not be a problem. Now its over three months later!!!! I have delayed moving additional items into the unit until repairs have been made. I have received no adjustment in unit price, no chance of repair, mold is worse, and water is still coming in unit. According to the kind woman in the office, although anything she says cant be backed up, says the regional manager BRETT KORKES refuses to adjust the price, honor the month free, or repair the damage to the unit. KORKES... this is irresponsible and is a terrible business practice.

Well to my surprise i was shown my options and was able to rent out two units for a great rate. Thank You, Kristina for helping me find exactly what I needed and quick. We settled on this place after reading lots of reviews. It had the highest ratings of all places in the area on Google. After a not so hot experience at Florida Discount storage, we decided to take ratings very seriously and try this particular Public Storage. We have been really happy with our decision ever since; the ratings do not lie! Not only is the property manager really knowledgeable and helpful, but she seems really committed to making your move-in as easy as possible for you. She brought us water and even helped us choose a different unit after we realized our stuff would not all fit. She called a couple weeks later to see how our experience was and if we needed anything else. Cant say Ive had such great experience anywhere else. Kudos to the facility manager! Go here if you are looking for a pleasant and reliable experience, and you want to know your stuff is in good shape! And where you know the manager cares!

This location is not nearly as good as people are stating, I waited 20 minites in the rain to make a payment and still was not able to get in. They lock the door and will let only one person in at a time claiming its the CDC rules. WRONG they have enough room inside to place 6 foot markers they are just too lazy to figure how to put a piece of tape 6ft away. The most inconsiderate policy I have ever heard of Costco Walmart etc. figured outr how to mark 6 feet but incompetent people lead to incompetent decisions.Thank you Public storage wake up and get a tape measure

I went to this location a few days ago for information. I spoke with Yvonne she was very helpful and friendly. I was just wanting information for my daughter that will be moving in the area in a month or so. This is the closest to where I live. I was able to get all the information I needed from Yvonne. She also gave me her business card so as soon as ready to get in touch with her. Place was nice and clean which sure is a plus. Thank you for all your help. Need storage look for her.

Weve been renting here for almost 2 years. Very good service and the place has been very well maintained. We just vacated and received excellent service at checkout. They refunded charges for unused days and were quick to process the transaction. Highly recommended.
